The guy here has great customer service but the young girl lacks any customer service. It seems as if she is being bothered to do her job. No enthusiasm whatsoever!

Spent a lot of money at this place. I was a good customer. Bought four vape batteries, and three did not work. Brought them back a week later, with the receipt. They refused to exchange them and wanted me to buy new batteries. I am really disappointed by this because I paid $30 for these batteries. They should have just exchanged the batteries, I would have spent hundreds and hundreds of more dollars there. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. God bless
