Great experience with this bank. The staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Opening an account was a breeze thanks to Ivan Rey Portillo. He was very knowledgeable in all the accounts they have, I was lookin at brochures and asking questions. He didn't hesitate once to answer any of my questions. I am definitely coming back to open an account for my daughter. To end the appointment the assistant manager Brittany Ortiz gave me a tote back to welcome me on becoming a member, if anyone knows me I LOVE tote bags and it is good quality.

Had quite an experience at this branch. The majority of staff is wonderful Gabriela such a wonderful soul, kind, and friendly and Ms. Brit though I did not have the pleasure to have any business with her I observed her at the lobby always with a beautiful smile and attentiveness. 5 stars definitely if it was solely staff attitude, but here my assets were in jeopardy and I was left to figure things out after told there was nothing else they can do. They did not go beyond to solve my issue Wendy was great at doing the bare minimum until my patience was at zero. 60 days later and after playing detective and communicating with the Federal Reserve, DFPI, and another bank who definitely who I must add did so much to find answers when I am not even their customer was amazing! Thanks to them I got my money back. So Wendy(“branch manager”)thanks for nothing and for the audacity to advise me to fly out of the country to solve this matter. I need a bank that is going to protect my money and will give me results to resolve the difficult stuff. As the bank/credit union I am suppose to trust you not feel betrayed.

Great staff (especially Gaby) and manager (Tasha). Excellent help setting up car loan and IRA. Retired but I’ve been with them since I was working at area schools. They go out of there was to keep me informed and supported.

Very nice & friendly attention, fast service & location is conveniently close to 405 FWY. Parking lot is huge but lots of traffic, you must be attentive people tends to drive fast in parking lot... Wondering why ATM machine is located inside? Otherwise, the service is outstanding!
