Hello everyone, if you like to join with Resource one and if you live in Houston area, please 1st go to Jones Road Branch Office. This is worthy to drive hour because once you are there everyone will take care of you. You will be treated like true VIP. Everything is organized and clean. Manger is super cool; she is bilingual and very polite. Everyone i work with this office shown very respectful and down to earth. This should be Resource one price branch where other employees can come and learn how to keep your credit union number one in customer service. I moved from the Oak Forest branch to this Jones Road branch because of the customer service and lack of knowledge. Oak Forest office is truly horrible. Lots of complain and they just stay look at you like why you are here... we do not need your business. I am sure this is not the goal for the Resorces one. I highly recommended Jones Road Branch...in one word this office is top-notch for customer service.

They were able to get my business accounts set up remotely and had all the paperwork ready for my signature to complete account set up.
Every time I go there the drive through has multiple lanes open. When I go inside the tellers are courteous and helpful. The lobby is contemporary and cozy.

I paid off my car in 2022 and still haven’t received my title, when I call they tell me I can’t talk to anyone about it and they will send the title department a message. I have been hearing this same line since 2022 and no one is helping. How do you pay a whole 20 plus grand loan off and not have proof of ownership. This is getting old and tiresome. I’m about to pay my send car off with them and fear the same thing will happened. I wish I knew this before I bought started my second loan with them.

My exprience with Michael has been hands down phenomenal. The first moment I left Michael a voicemail my called was returned expeditiously and promply took me under his wing. Extraordinary customer service. I am 300% satisfied.

I've banked here for 4 years and they've been wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. The previous manager went above and beyond to assist me with getting an auto loan when my credit was very challenged. When I say above and beyond, she contacted the regional manager, who just so happened to in route from Dallas and she had the underwriters approve the loan when they initially denied it. The new staff is just a good as the old staff. I love banking here.
