Buon hotel ,pulito in ordine e provvisto di piscina,la colazione è abbondante,ci sono yogurt,uova sode,cereali,macchinetta per fare i pan cake,toast,carne,caffè,latte,succhi di frutta ,varie bevande,marmellate , dolci e piatti tipici americani per la prima colazione.Inoltre è vicino al casino' dove potete cenare ad un prezzo economico con porzioni abbondanti, noi siamo andati di sabato sera e c' era un gruppo che suonava e cantava dal vivo, molto bravo.Proprio accanto al motel c ' è un ristorante cinese e uno messicano.

Unpleasant Stay - Highly Disappointing

I recently booked a stay at this motel through Hotwire and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was very unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills, barely speaking a word. The room was incredibly unhygienic and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The bedding was of very poor quality, with hard mattresses that were completely different from what was shown online. Additionally, the room amenities were minimal, providing just two tiny soaps, and the bed sheets were old and had a strange odor.

The listing online mentioned a free breakfast, but based on reviews and our experience, no food was provided. I will update on this once confirmed.

Overall, this experience is a disservice to the Quality Inn brand and not worth the price paid. I expected better standards and value for the cost incurred.

This place is a dump, and rooms are over $100/night. Should be torn down, and it is obvious this owner doesn't want to spend any money on this place, other than what he paid for it. A sign on the door states no breakfast at all, and you can tell it has been on the door for a very long time. Choice Corporate needs to be informed of this. Owners have a franchise agreement they should be adhering to. The room had laminated wood flooring that had never been mopped. My socks were black walking on the floor, and my bare feet were also black, just walking around in the room. NEVER, had I'd ever seen such a small "bar" of soap in a room in my life. It was laughable. Bed was like straw, but was able to sleep on it. Would NEVER stay there again.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn & Suites in Minden, NV, and had a highly unsatisfactory experience. I booked my travel through a military-friendly booking site, and the images of the hotel appeared clean and well-kept. However, upon arrival, the property was outdated and poorly maintained. Upon entering the lobby, I noticed signs stating that breakfast would not be provided and the pool was unavailable. There was a long line of people waiting to check in, and the receptionist informed us that the computers were down. This caused a delay of over an hour with no clear resolution, and the receptionist seemed frazzled and unsure how to address the issue. When we finally got into our room, it smelled strongly of smoke, had torn carpet, and the sheets were so badly stained that we had to sleep on towels. Despite these conditions, we stayed due to time constraints and our dinner reservations. The most alarming issue occurred at 2 a.m., when a stranger entered our room despite it being locked. The only thing that stopped them was the walking in was the security swing bar. This highlighted a severe security flaw. My attempts to call the front desk went unanswered, so I went down in person. The night receptionist, who spoke broken English, informed me that the lock was known to be broken. He justified the experience by saying it was likely an intoxicated person trying to get into the wrong room. He demonstrated that the door could be pushed open despite being locked, catching only on the security latch. In the morning, during checkout, I explained what had happened to the original receptionist who checked us in. She needed all my information again and seemed unaware of the previous night’s incident. This highlighted a lack of internal communication and efficiency. Overall, this experience was distressing and unacceptable. If you decide to stay here, please be smarter than I and inspect your assigned room before unpacking. I urge Choice Hotels to re-evaluate their affiliation with this establishment, as it does not meet the standards I have come to expect from Choice Hotels

This place is absolutely disgusting. They literally have mice crawling across their check-in desk. We had blood in our bathtub. Mice droppings in our room, as well as ripped up carpet with holes.
Service was absolutely horrible. We booked through Hotels.com. I called for a refund. The representative from Hotels.com called the hotel and they hung up on her. If you like sleeping with the rats, this is your hotel if you like cleanliness run far far away!

RUN...do not walk from this "semi" quality inn hotel. They don't serve breakfast as advertised, the pool water was majorly green with algae and completely unsafe to swim in. Half the light bulbs were burned out in our room and there's no phone to call the front desk. So you have to schlep down to the front desk and get your own bulbs. The grounds are completely unkempt with overgrown grass and weeds. And of the 3 flag poles at the entrance, only one has a flag of a completely shredded/wind-whipped black POW/MIA flag. The balcony outside our door was sagging dangerously towards the parking lot with sloppy patches to cover the underlying structural crack. Sidewalks to front desk and rooms were broken with tripping hazards here and there. One of our relatives in a different room had a frog in the bed that slimily appeared after lights out on their pillow and face. Our room/bathroom appeared clean but unsure of the cleanliness of the carpet. We were stuck with no other vacancies available in town. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Quality Inn it's not.
This location is in a serious need of an upgrade and has needed one for a very long time. There was a posted sign asking that we understand, that temporarily there would be no Continental Breakfast and the Pool was not available. The sign was curled and yellowing, so it had been there for a very long time. I did see a coffee carafe but didn't try it. Or much in the way of tables. The staff seemed exhausted, and somewhat defeated but she was reasonably pleasant. I kind of felt bad for her. We had to change rooms because the shower had no water. Both rooms showed that the door frames were kicked out at one time or another. The rooms nice size, but worn out. Newer TV's were placed on top of the amours that were used to house the old TV's, they could have put them on a newer desk or mounted them. The walk ways were worn out. The exterior was worn out. In both rooms the bath fixtures were old, but I did enjoy the shower water pressure and warmth. Although those itty bity soaps were difficult to use. Please provide the larger size. I really hate those tiny toilets, I need a bit more room in the front, I'm not that big of a guy. Think about that when you renovate. It's an inconvenience, that like the soap makes me not want to return. Ok, this is just fine for a sleeping place, one or two stars, but because it's advertised as a three star, we paid a higher price than we should have. I'm not sure if this location would meet the Choice Quality Inn standards. I expect that it could loose it's franchise if something isn't done soon.ty Inn it's not

Beware!!!! I attempted to rent a room for the night. The clerk never gave me a total price for the room. I then witnessed the employee taking a photograph of my credit card with his phone. It seemed very suspicious, so I left and canceled the credit card. Beware!!!!
