I booked last minute through a third party for this hotel. When I got the hotel I was greeted with two friendly faces! There was an issue with the third parties credit card and they didn’t pay my hotel fee. Omar worked with me and the third party company to try to get the reservation to go through (over an hour). Many multiple calls from the third party and the hotel. Eventually I ended up just booking right with Omar at the hotel who was kind enough to give me a discount. Customer service at this hotel is awesome. Thank you Omar for you help and getting me into a room!!! Will definitely be booking again with this hotel in the future.

The rooms were uncleanly to say the least. I swear a gorilla had my room before me and all the housekeeping did was change the sheets.

The lights flickered all night long keeping us up.

The Ac unit served in Nam.

The breakfast was a bagel and some crumbs by 8:00 am.

I stay at quality inn all the time. I don't expect the world. But for $170 I don't think it was worth $30 for our stay.

I tried to voice my concerns and was told to just take pictures and that the manager was in India and wouldn't be back for a week to help me.

The alarm clock was unplugged and from 1982. I am used to being able to bring my charging cord in and I'm good. That's just not the case here.

This place should be a 1 star on google.

Omar was very helpful in getting us a refund from our 3rd party and even provided us with a better rate, he was also very friendly during the ordeal.

The location is very convenient off the highway and close to the mall, gas station, and many restaurants.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and chic

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was pleasant. It was unfortunate there wasn't an elevator, and breakfast was only 3 types of cereal, bread/croissant/bagel, waffles, and fruit. Our room was facing Freddy's and apparently everyone wanted to drag race. Otherwise the room itself was clean and comfy.

Room was alright. Front desk needs customer service classes, always looked mad and unapproachable. when we checked out another group had checked out and was complaining about their security deposit saying they would never come back. After a few hours we called and were told we weren't getting ours back because there was trash left and the floors were dirty. (Not an excuse to keep a deposit) The funny part is we actually took out our trash and used a housekeepers broom to sweep up. When that was mentioned she came up with new excuses, sheets were dirty blah blah. I started to realize they look for any excuse to keep a deposit. (Which are meant for damages not a room that's been used) Our room was far from messy and I wish I had taken pictures because this is just super sad for the company and makes me believe they just need more money to stay afloat. They also only had breakfast out a few times as the first morning they only had coffee.

Positive: Shower head had good pressure. Negative: No shampoo, lotion or hair conditioner in the room (only hand soap). Gone all day and the room was not serviced (no clear instructions on procedure). No complimentary coffee, the eating area was roped off like a prison canteen. The TV kept timing out.

B.S......I'm not sure why choice hotels continues to allow this chain to use their tag for business... This chain.. at least 90% of it, it's Garbage they charge anywhere from $1.00 to $2.00 per day, for a safe fee that no one ever uses, per the choice app... they offer a hot breakfast...a lie... no waffles, no eggs, no sausage, no juice or hot coffee. Whatever is out at 6am is what will be there at 9am when they shut it down.

I guess my answer is...i don't know why I keep patronizing this business. My job is 100% travel so I'm all over the U.S. and i stay in a multitude of hotels. I guess it's my fault for staying.

You get what you pay for.

Positive: Read the reviews for this hotel and was nervous but was a good price. Was presently surprised, the room was clean (except the chair that seen better days). Didn't have problem with check in or getting deposit back. Location was perfect for shopping. Negative: Breakfast was minimal, and our key didn't work after first night but that was an easy fix.
