I went to this nail salon for manicure and pedicure I got almond shape ombré nails they didn’t even last for a week they started coming out . Nails shouldn’t come out right away I find that ridiculous how they weren’t professional on my nails I don’t recommend going to this place at all anymore .

the service is incredibly rude at this establishment. I have really tried to like them, and have gone 5+ times since their location is so close to my home, but they continually are abusive in the way they speak to their customers. They have not a sense of customer service whatsoever. If they don't like the way you ask a question, the answer from them is "No", no explanation, no trying to understand your question, just "No". I would not recommend this business. If I could give zero stars, I would. There is one nice person that works there, (she gets the star) named mimi, but unfortunately I have not the time to book her services since she is exceptionally meticulous and takes an hour for gel nails.

Muy mal servicio, tres veces regresé a q me arreglaran el color, xq se arruinaba al segundo día y todavía tuve q pagar? yo no regreso más a ese lugar. No lo recomiendo.

Came in for a Pedicure unfortunately it was horrible! Lin over cut my sides on all my toes! Now I need to grow out my nails because for sure I will suffer from ingrown created but her over cutting. Don’t waist your time coming here. I guarantee you’ll leave unhappy! The only reason I came here was because it was convenient because of the time.

Needed a pedicure, on my way home, I asked if I could get one. The managers daughter in law told me to return in an hour. The woman who was to attend to me soaked my feet and told me she would start me as soon as she was finished with her client. After finishing she began eating and told me after. As she was to start another person walked in. I heard her asking her if she can do her and she said yes. She came over to me and asked me if I could come back. I said no. Soon after her boss came and told me the other person had an appointment that she couldn't do my feet now. I asked why did you make me wait all this time. Which was like 45 minutes. At this time the other customer realized what was happening got up and said she would return in the morning at 9. Then she turned to me telling me, I can do it for you. I simply said it's ok. She said again. I'll do it. I said no while taking my feet from soaking, and walked away. Rudest people I ever met in my life and I work with and meet people from all over the world and some of the most richest people and they are not rude. This nail shop doesn't even have a spa for one to sit and be comfortable , yet at least treating customers terrible. And they are very racist and seriously I should have never gone there because the place is nasty and hot like a sweat shop. God bless them, I hope they take their shop and money with them to the grave.

If you are not white, don't come to this nail saloon. I walked in and the lady was doing a white woman's nails while talking terrible about other minorities. She pretty much generalized every non white race and said that she cannot trust any other race to pay on time or to be trustworthy so she asks for money before they sit just in case. As a black woman I thought it was amazing for someone to be able to say that right in front of me and then also have the audacity to ask me for money before doing my nails just to make sure I got the hint. I sadly was in a rush and needed to get my nails done so I stupidly stayed. (I know, I know.) Afterwards the nails weren't even done well and overall this was a terrible experience.
