We had a fantastic time in Italy! And one of the best parts was our driver Antonio. He was patient, kind, helpful, funny and knowledgeable. My aunt, ever the teacher, sat in the front talking to him while drilling him with English grammar (although he didn’t really need it). He waited patiently at each stop and offered counsel when and if necessary. He helped us find restaurants. He made a call to the hotel in Sorrento when I thought I had left my sneakers. He helped us go up a mountain to find a statue of San Rocco in the middle of the countryside. And the absolute best was that he knew how important it was to get our elderly Uncle Joe to church for Easter Vigil so he made a call to the priest in Picerno to find out the mass time and he drove us there. Each one of our party of 8 was so grateful that it was he that help us along this memorable journey. Please make sure to use his service in the future - you will not be disappointed.

We had Fabio as our driver for the day to Positano and Ravello. He suggested a wonderful local place for us to have lunch as well. The day we traveled was on a big holiday so the traffic was heavy but Fabio was patient and gracious. We felt very safe! We highly recommend him and any of the drivers with Privilege Italia!

We met Antonio Caligiuri at our hotel and for three hours he showed us around his magical city of Rome on a golf cart tour. Antonio did an amazing job of showing us all the famous sights. He was a fountain of knowledge, answered every single one of our questions and even catered the tour to our specific interests. We had only been in Rome for a few hours when we took Antonio’s tour, but we felt like we had been visiting for days once we were done. He packed so much into such a short period of time and gave us some great tips and ideas for venturing out the next day on our own. Antonio was incredibly kind and generous and full of valuable information. The love he has for his city is apparent as he tells his stories and shares all he knows about Rome. Not only do we highly recommend taking Antonio’s golf cart tour of Rome, but you should definitely do it at the beginning of your trip so you can get a feel for the beautiful city and all it has to offer. Our experience with Fabio Duro was exceptional and I highly recommend him for anyone seeking someone who truly cares about his clients! Fabio was our first point of contact when arriving in Rome from the US. His English and ability to communicate was easy! He was professional, kind and a great driver! On our drive to Sorrento Fabio was able to show us special points of interest and eagerly answer any questions we had. We really enjoyed our ride thanks to Fabio! He is THE BEST!!!

We used this company recently to transport our luggage from Capri to Naples. They mishandled our luggage especially a fragile item. The item broke and the company did not compensate for the loss. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their customer service stinks!!!!
