I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by a fantastic bank teller, Maria R. and I couldn't be more impressed by the experience. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly personable attitude. She handled my transaction quickly and efficiently, Not only was the process seamless, but she also took the time to explain any details I needed, making sure I felt fully informed. Her warm and friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the entire visit stress-free. I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication. I'll definitely be returning to this branch!

I love Primeway and their staff are always so kind and helpful. Maria Rosas from the 290 branch really goes out of her way to assist and answer all your questions. She was able to get my cashiers checks and complete my auto draft in no time. She even took the time to give me a call and make sure things went through.

Maria was great, we came in with some bonds to deposit into our account and she knew exactly what to do. It was late almost closing and her equipment (stamp) wasn't working so she had to manually write out all the information. She was pleasant, patient and just a lovely person to work with. I received excellent customer service from this Primeway Federal Credit Union location. My Customer Service Representative Maria Rosas went above and beyond in providing me with a wealth of information about services provided by the credit union. I did not know that those services were available to me at the credit union. She gave me options to consider that will result in me adding more services than what I presently do with my credit union. I love PrimeWay. They are always super helpful. Today I went in and worked with Diana Salazar and she was great. She helped with my deposit and was able to get me a new Debit card while I waited.

I recently visited the Primeway Credit Union facility at the Northwest Freeway as I needed a new bank card due to fraudulent charges. Ms Salazar helped expedite a new card- was extremely friendly and professional. My new card was delivered to me in 10 minutes. Thank you Ms Salazar for providing a seamless experience!
