I’ve always been a Panerai fan buying from my local AD, but when I met Adam at this SCP boutique beginning of this year he took customer service to a whole new level! He helped me with purchasing a PAM01314 and I just recently came back for the PAM01288 Submersible. He gave me some great advice on different straps for the watch and when it was placed on I couldn’t take my eyes off it! I have been enjoying & collecting high end watches for more than 20 years but I always stuck to the same manufactures which made for a boring collection. I discovered Panerai in 2018 and have been wearing their Submersible since. Recently I picked up a 44mm Luminor in a trade, a PAM01316, what a beautiful watch. I noticed that Panerai manufactures a similar watch, a PAM01123 in a smaller size (38mm)and wanted to find this for my wife. I had been waiting for bracelet links to arrive from Panerai, I ordered these from Adam. Adam advised me to have two links ordered and if only one got us up to a comfortable fit he would carry the additional link as stock and not charge me for it. This ended up being a life-saver, I did need two links and thanks to Adam I didn't need to wait another two weeks to wear my new watch. I called a few times over the next 10 days or so after ordering the links, Adam was always available and patient. The day the links arrived Adam called me and I came in the following day for the purchase. Adam installed the links himself, noticing my bracelet was not arranged properly, he took a good 20 minutes to disassemble and reconfigure my bracelet, adding the new links and handing me back a watch that now was perfect. While Adam was working on my bracelet I noticed he had a PAM01123 in stock that I bought for my wife, these are not always so easy to find and was a great find. Adam suggested having the watch gift wrapped and to extend the factory warranty by using the Panerai website. Adam couldn't have been more helpful and made the visit fun and interesting, I never felt pressured to complete a purchase, I also ended up finding a red rubber OEM strap for my Luminor in an XL length and walked out of the store completely satisfied. I highly recommend the Panerai Boutique at South Coast Plaza, the entire staff was wonderful, thank you!!

This review is way overdue... We have bout 3 watches from this Boutique in Costa Mesa, and Adam was amazing. He has been helping us a month in advance leading to the purchasing date. Adam identified the products and secured them locally for us. The process was absolutely smooth and pleasant.

I have always had great customer service at this location. I love the classic Panerai watches and this location always has nice selections of those items. The staff has always gone out of their way to assist me with questions and to make sure I get the exact level of service I need.

I have been in 3 times since getting a Panerai. The folks there have been great, bought a new strap the other day. The other reviews are opposite of what I have seen.
