It isn't often today that you find such excellent customer service. Every person we encountered during our stay was helpful and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and had a great view. All of the valets were friendly and efficient and welcomed us back every time we brought the car back. The hotel was beautiful and the entire staff is incredible. We would definitely visit again and have already recommended this hotel to others.

I was here for a partner event hosted by my company and I was super impressed! The host staff was phenomenal. They were on the spot with everything, very friendly, helpful, and professional. The campus is beautiful. You can easily access outdoor seating and walkways with attractive views of ponds and forested areas. The interior banquet hall and meeting rooms felt modern and upscale. I can't rate the guest rooms since I didn't stay the night, but I've been to a lot of hotel conferences and this venue was one of the best!

I have stayed at the Onmi multiple times and the staff is awesome, food is great and rooms are beautiful. Would highly recommend. If I had only one or two asks it would be for a business center to print while I worked remotely. The staff has offered to send it to them to print but due to the confidentially of the documents, I would not feel comfortable doing so. My other wish item would be that the pool area included a hot tub. There is one on property but only have access to it if you book a spa treatment. It is a lovely outdoor spa. Other than that, great place to stay!

My wife and I got away for the weekend and we really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. The architecture is grand with relaxing spaces and amazing Viking details done well in a Nordic theme blended with modern design. The view is stunning with the Vikings training facility and natural settings especially at sunset. There is a delightful walking path around a pond. The staff were top notch and the place was very clean. There are two restaurants in the hotel and the food was excellent. The exercise room is the best I’ve ever seen. However, pool is small and there is not a hot tub. Since this is such a new hotel there is not much around it yet, but we didn’t mind. Overall this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

This is a well-kept secret in the twin cities. My husband booked a spa day for me and my best friend. My work and family have taken me to hotels across major cities across the world, so I have a pretty good sense of what a five star experience is like in New York, Thailand, the Middle East, and beyond.

The hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere so I wasn't expecting much. The interior of the lobby is very tastefully done. You can tell they used high-quality materials and a top-notch interior designer. It reminded me more of the Baccarat in Manhattan. I don't think any hotel in downtown Minneapolis matches this in terms of quality of materials and overall modern design. The staff was incredibly friendly - we weren't dressed particularly nice (again, not expecting much) and they kindly told us where to go.

The spa is fantastic. There is a wet and dry sauna, and a salt room. The most comfortable robes I ever wore. And a lounging area. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were well-stocked. The showers were controlled via a control panel where you could adjust the jets and the temperature and pressure. These were the few of many "expensive features" throughout.

The services were outstanding. I normally go to a dedicated spa for these things as I don't think hotels are the best place for something specific, but I had an amazing massage with the right amount of pressure and a fantastic salt scrub. The staff was so pleasant and hospitable and the rooms were calming and relaxing.

The only con, honestly, is the price. If you have guests in town this is a great way to treat them.

The owners certainly invested in the design, accomodations, and service in this location and it shows. I might make a spa day here an annual ritual!

Everything was so perfect here (except for the annoying people playing music loud last night when we were trying to sleep). However, I called the front desk and they sent security up. Customer service AMAZING. Rooms AMAZING. Food AMAZING. Drinks AMAZING. Being here on a Vikings weekend truly a fun experience. I don’t care to stay anywhere else in Minneapolis area. This place set the standard for all other hotels in the future pretty high.

Omni Viking Lakes is very special for my family. The beds are comfortable for my crew, my kids share a queen and it works, for quick trips. Coffee at Ten Drips is great. Food at Ember & Ice is great. Staff is spread thin at times (the facilities are massive and can handle huge crowds, so staffing correctly is tricky), which others have pointed out in their reviews. Staff is kind and attentive in every area. Close to airport, beautiful decor, cool gifty items, massive fitness center, lots of outdoor seating, and a walking path around the pond.
