어깨에 통증을 느껴서 방문 하였습니다 9년만에 다른쪽에 통증이 심했죠.여전히 계시는분들도 계셨구요. 또 친절하게 맞아주셨구요. 친절하심에 감사합니다. 선생님도 정성껏 치료해 주시는게 여전하시네요 . 놀란것은 제 기억이 맞다면 치료비가 같거나 $10~$20 차이일겁니다. 일하시는 분들도 많은데 살짝 걱정이 들정도였습니다. 모든분들께 감사합니다

Came in for a stem cell shot. Was promptly seen by Dr. Kim who was very professional and made me feel at ease. The front desk was also cordial and very helpful. The medical center also has their own MRI and their own blood lab.

I like the doctor here because he explains things well and is kind.Even the painful area is healed right away... but the hospital system seems to be the problem.

If you walk in, they tell you to arrive by 11 o'clock, but you have to wait about 2 hours.

I don’t understand why they use this outdated system Please change the way you operate to modern times.

The doctor is good, but the system is messed up.

You need to train your employees on how to answer the phone/speak more kindly at the counter.I made a reservation, but waiting for more than an hour seems like a big problem.Please change the system so that minor mistakes do not cause problems to the reputation of the hospital and the doctors.

This place deserves 5 out of 5 stars. It was my first time here and they treated me very respectfully and kindly. They were quick to find the perfect treatment for my back pain. Overall extremely professional staff, Dr. Kim and staff keep doing a great job.

This hospital is home to incredibly seasoned, swift, and precise doctor, and the cost for their services is entirely reasonable. Consequently, it is naturally crowded with patients. Many people have noted the fast and competent front desk lady, who often receives undeserved criticism for being rude. With a myriad of patients, including the elderly who sometimes can't understand quickly unless spoken to loudly, it is unfair to blame this efficient front desk girl for any perceived rudeness. I needed a hospital that operates quickly and efficiently, and this place perfectly met my needs. If you're going to blame them, perhaps you'd prefer a far more expensive and incompetent hospital that demands you spend your entire day there. However, in my view, this place is the best.

옛날 한국스타일 의사샘입니다. 친절한 말만 하고 제대로 진단도 검사도 치료도 적극적으로 안해주고 몇주일씩 시간만 보내는 미국병원들에 아주 속 터지다가 바로 검사하고 진단내려주고 그자리에서 치료까지 해줘서 저는 너무너무 좋았습니다. 직원들도 후기와 다르게 친절했어요.

This clinic is a little unconventional and different from the standard American style clinic. Firstly, the doctor goes right to ultrasound and is focused on lasering in on the issue within minutes of the initial consultation. Whereas with American clinics, you go through a lot of referrals and MONTHS of waiting just to get seen then another couple WEEKS to go to an ultrasound clinic, Dr. Kim does it all - the consultation, ultrasound, and surgery.

Some things that can be improved on: The front desk staff and communication with the doctor seems to be lacking. I had to send my MRI results in 3 times, because although the front desk staff said they received it, then didn't, then say they did, and when I asked the Doctor, he said he didn't get anything.

The cost is affordable. Front desk is OK friendly, because their focus is on getting people serviced quickly ASAP. In that respect, they are very good. There are huge amounts of patients and they have to get it done fast, fast, fast.

Patient MUST BE PROACTIVE with this clinic and do their own research, before-care and after-care and have it ready when visiting the Doctor.

Dr. Kim is caring and genuinely concerned, but he is very, very busy and there is no time to ask questions about risk analysis, etc.

Clinic is extremely Busy and waiting 30 min - 1 hour even with an Appointment is normal.

To the girl in the front:

If you have a hard time being polite to patients that are already coming in a bad physical condition, this is not the job for you. You were constantly rude and dismissive to EVERYONE, and if you ever take time to look inwards and read all the negative review to reflect, I think you can maybe be a nicer front desk person. Its sad to see a good hospital loose clients because of an inconsiderate employee like her.. Great doctors are loosing business and a chance to help patients because of a immature and entitled sad of a person. Good luck to you and I hope you find inner peace! Shalom
