I've been a customer of Members Choice Credit Union for four years and I've consistently had positive experiences. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to help. The bank also offers a variety of products and services that have met my needs, from checking and savings accounts to online banking and mobile banking. I highly recommend Members Choice Credit Union to anyone looking for a great banking experience. A slight caveat to their excellent establishment just experience one member appreciation day, they are top notch.

I like coming to this branch here.
Today I came to open an CD account for my kids, Maria was very patient helping me out and answering all my questions as well. Another great thing happened that day , Mrs Gary I believe is the this branch manager add $20. 00 bill helped open my son’s CD account. That right there was beyond amazing.
Members choice credit union is a great bank to start a savings specially for your Kiddos.

Every time I go in or drive thru I am welcomed with the most enthusiastic smiles. I am treated like royalty. There has not been a time that I have not been happy with any of my transactions here. Definitely recommend this branch and credit union overall.

I want to shout out Geovanni Allen for being a great troop! He was helping a racist customer and he kept his cool. Very professional and always giving his best especially after dealing with that. We need more bankers like that.

I always receive great customer at Members Choice but this is my favorite branch familiar faces are always great to see. All the branches I’ve been to always have great and very polite customer service and every location is always so nice n clean I definitely have no complaints. We’ve recently moved to Waller from Katy area so I do have to drive a ways. It would be great to have a location a bit closer but it’s definitely not a deal breaker!
