A bianco soggiornato 5 notti in questo hotel meraviglioso. Tutto perfetto. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti e supermercati. Molto pulito ed il personale è stato molto cortese. La prossima volta che tornerò a Scottsdale sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo presso questa struttura

Amazing staff and incredibly clean stay. Highly recommend and we will be back. You cannot beat the value anywhere in Scottsdale. It’s a great location in North Scottsdale with many restarting options within walking distance and a Whole Foods right across the street.

Nice and clean for a quick two night business trip this place checks all the boxes. Quick check in with a decent offering of quick-grab snacks and even frozen meals (microwave on site in lobby/lounge). Room was clean and plenty of clean towels and wash cloths. Never needed to call front desk due to shortage.
Water pressure in shower is a little on the weak side but they provide courtesy shampoo, conditioner and shower soap.

Excellent Hyatt Place. Easy parking. Newer building. Good service. Great breakfast spread. ||As time has gone on I have become a fan of Hyatt Places. For the price, it delivers an overall great value. ||Great restaurants in walking distance. ||Recommend.

I stayed here for a business trip and every staff member I encountered was amazing! Bri and David the bartenders were so personable and fun and that made relaxing after a workday even more enjoyable. Overnight I woke up with a headache and Kayla at the front desk was so helpful ilwith getting me some headache medication. The facilities are beautiful and clean and housekeeping came everyday to tidy up. The breakfast was delicious and having the small market to buy other food items was awesome. If I come back to Phoenix I would love to stay here again!!

This room was much smaller than rooms in other Hyatt Places I’ve stayed at. They definitely need to rethink this design. I always loved the separate living area giving the room a mini-suite feeling. Our room was dusty, despite us checking in late(after midnight). The breakfast was mediocre at best, and they didn’t have turkey sausage that I’ve had at other locations. Not to mention, they ran out of certain items every morning.

Positive: The staff was Polite and attentive, and the hotel was clean from my room to the breakfast area. Negative: I didn?t like the fact I had to pay five dollars for parking per night, and the breakfast was decent other hotels definitely have better options.

Unexpected & unadvertised money grab in the parking lot. Breakfast that tastes like it was 3D printed. Noisy AC’s. But excellent, caring and genuine staff, very clean, new and modern rooms and facilities. Expect no frills. Get no frills. And you’ll be happy enough rounding out the minimum expectations for a true Hyatt experience.
