Struttura nuovissima, camere spaziose e pulite ma.....al mattino vs le 5 iniziano i lavori di carico e scarico e raccolta immondizia nella via adiacente, per cui se avete il sonno leggero...||Breakfast: finisce alle 9...portano via immediatamente tutto, e se arrivate alle 8:45 trovate cio' che e' rimasto, e non tutto quello che era a disposizione. Inoltre, cappuccino, espresso, etc.. sono a pagamento. Se dimenticate il convertitore da presa europea a americana, non ne hanno uno da prestare. Direi che per il costo, i servizi offerti devono migliiorare in qualita'.

I had to stay for 2.5 weeks myself, then again for two separate over nights (one being my teen's sleepover), all within one month. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They greeted me daily with a smile and consistently made sure that all my needs were met. My room was clean, the hotel security system (keyed elevator/door entrance) made me feel very safe, the hotel breakfast was tasty, and I was treated like I was a VIP. There are tons of food and shopping options within walking distance, which is also a perk. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Amazing location with many different dining and snack options all around. Chuck the concierge will make sure you feel welcomed and is well informed on anything you need during your stay. Noel was Amazing as well at check in and gave us help parking off site as we needed to save a little bit on this trip. The room was very clean and smelled freshly serviced. Breakfast was very good as well and they had so many different options to match what pretty much anybody would enjoy.

A hotel that has a little bit of everything near by. Entertainment right outside across the street with a lovely movie theater showing the most recent movies. Restaurants that fit every kind of pallet and excellent parking conveniently located within a few blocks. Transportation readily available and a friendly knowledgeable staff that can tell you where to go and what is in the area. From breakfast to late night snacks you have almost anything readily available, pastries, doughnuts, sandwiches Mediterranean, Asian, Italian, Vegan, Mexican, even McDonald's it's all right in the area. Very accommodating hotel with a business center and all your travel needs.

Excellent stay and very nice breakfast. Parking is secure along with all door and elevators requiring a room key. If arriving by car finding a spot to park to check in can be a challenge. Maps has you arrive around back but circling the block there are a few 15 minute spots out front of the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. I want to give a shout out to the manager, Mr. Ousman Conteh, He personally made sure that everything was up to our expectations. Everybody from the front desk to the waiters at the breakfast buffet were very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

My son and I spent 2 nights at Hyatt Place Chicago South to attend the University of Chicago open house. This was a good choice. Some walking is required, but it was about a walkable mile to the grounds of the University. We interacted with staff on several occasions: to buy food, to get some paper for a homework assignment, and to check our bags after checkout to do some more Chicago sightseeing. Each of these interactions was pleasant, helpful, and appreciated. ||The room was comfortable. The A/C is a bit loud, but becomes white noise, and I recommend adjusting so it's not overused. Another pro tip: find the bath towels *inside* the shower on a shelf. Yes, I'm an idiot, but now you don't have to be. The breakfast buffet is more than serviceable in terms of availability times, taste, and variety. [I wish I had asked what kind of yogurt they use - it's something special.] ||It is my custom to leave information for traveling runners/triathletes. The pool is teeny tiny, but there is an LA Fitness with a pool nearby for those who are members. One of my favorite things in Chicago is running on the Lakefront trail. Just go east (left) on 53rd Street to an access trail (about 0.4 miles), and continue until you find the underpass to get past the highway. It's about a mile from the hotel. Pick a direction, and have a fun run with beautiful views.

The room is comfortable and extremely clean. It passes the cleaning test 100%. The white towel showed 0 dust after dusing almost every surface in the room. It is located in a fabulous area for different types of food. If you are a foodie, you will love it! The staff is so friendly and courteous. Chuck made sure our luggage was delivered to our room, and he has been extremely helpful our entire visit.
The continental breakfast was better than expected. The boiled eggs were cage free and very easy to peel. It is one of the few restaurants that had turkey for its protein. The steel cut oatmeal was cooked to perfection. Fresh fruit was a bonus. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.
