Get a Higher floor and if you like bacon strips don't come here they have bacon bits. Front desk was great! Veronica and Ashley" also rooms were very clean transportation was ready avalible .Shopping and airport close and food and pizza.Elevators are a little slow parking is plenty.

I couldn't find any parking downtown this is a little far stretch but.... Well worth it.... The kids love the pool they love the rooms they love the breakfast The view and we love the fact that it was right around the corner from everything we wanted free parking in a 20 min ride to the downtown Chicago Illinois experience! Hotel row.....I will be back

Great handicap accessible suite. Wish the room had a microwave and full frig with freezer, just had little refrigerator with no freezer compartment. Beds were comfortable. Blackout curtains were great for sleeping in on east side of the building. Full table with chair so my family could eat and play board games with couch and two side chairs for visiting comfortably with a group. There was a pool - max of 14 people. It was cold pool water. I was shivering within 5 minutes - little kids would find it uncomfortably cold. There was a bathroom next to the pool which was handy. Breakfast was excellent- waffles or french toast sticks, potato chunks, scrambled eggs with bacon bits in separate container, bread, bagels, donut wholes, seasonal fruit, berry compote, juices, milk, steel cut oatmeal with toppings, vanilla yogurt, dry cereal. Great stay. Would use this hotel again.

Stayed here for the night before flying out of midway airport. We used the “park,sleep,fly” option to allow us parking in the lot for the week but they give you 14days included. Worked great! Shuttles run from 3-4 of the hotels in the direct vicinity of each other. Really doesn’t matter what hotel you stay at to get the shuttle they all share the bus. Bus was prompt just wait out front!

Here is what to remember to make the return shuttle!!! Pickup any of your checked bags on the ground level, find elevator or stairs to get to the departure floor of the airport (floor 4 I believe & wait at door 2.

I enjoy staying in this hotel. Every effort is made toward good service and cleanliness. I always clean and disinfect before I put anything down - the bathroom floor and dresser drawers weren't quite right but I'm pretty fanatical about what clean looks like too.

My hats off to Hyatt Place. I'm a long time Marriott user (full Marriott, Springhill Suites, Fairfield). The room and breakfast were very good. Most importantly, the Hyatt bed was terrific, better than anything I have stayed at any Marriott in the last 5+ years. I slept great and never woke up with a sore shoulder (I'm a side sleeper). Frustratingly, I can never ever tell how the bed will be at Marriott. They are consistently, inconsistent. After this stay, I'm thinking of switching brands.

There was a lady with long braids who was amazing and the rest of the staff was amazing too! First time in Chicago! Amazing!!! The only part that was off was the noise with them replacing all the locks! But awesome that they added extra security measures!

This is a great spot to catch a shuttle to the airport. The service was really good and all the folks there were super nice and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean
