I am Hilton Diamond for Life and this was my third Hilton property this week while traveling for business. This hotel was the most expensive one this week and by far the worst.

First of all, the surrounding area is a bit sketchy with rundown motels. I would not walk anywhere from there. Parking at the hotel is very tight but I did have a spot..

I was sent the digital key for the room I chose prior to my arrival. When I went to my room, the key didn’t work so I had to return to the front desk, where I was told someone else was in my assigned room. I found this to be extremely strange since I had chosen my room in the app with digital check-in AND was sent a digital key to that room.

The room that I was able to stay in definitely needs attention and a deep cleaning. Stains on the carpet, bedspread, and sofa. There was food from a prior guest in the microwave, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the drain in the bathroom sink didn’t drain because of toothpaste stuck in it. My thermostat screen had something wrong with it and I was not able to read anything on it to make adjustments.

The room I was given had an adjoining room and I could hear EVERYTHING through the doors. I heard every word of my neighbors phone call, among other things. The doors really need to be thicker or have insulation.

Obviously, I would not recommend this hotel for many reasons and will not be back!

I have been at this hotel for a few weeks for work.Overall, it has been a pleasant experience. At check in, I was greeted by Bing who was very helpful. Throughout my stay she has been very responsive, nice, and courteous to any questions or assistance I may have had. She really does go out her way to make sure that the guest has a great stay. I appreciate her and all the staff members. They have all been nice and professional. I enjoyed the amenities, and the hotel is kept clean and aesthetically pleasing which is important.

I booked a room at this Hilton for a road trip, expecting the reliable, high-quality experience that the Hilton brand is known for. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. I had informed the hotel in advance that I would be checking in late (around 11 p.m.), but when I arrived, there was no parking available. All the spaces were taken, and cars were even parked in fire lanes. When I asked the front desk about additional parking options, they simply said none were available. Their only solution was to cancel my reservation.

I wasn’t alone in this issue—other guests in the lobby were also struggling with the lack of parking. One guest, who had already checked in, went out for an errand and returned to find no parking available. The staff could only apologize and suggest canceling his booking, despite him already being checked in.

This situation was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. As a result, I had to drive 45 minutes through thick fog at 1:30 a.m. to find alternative accommodations, which was both dangerous and unnecessary. I had booked this room specifically to avoid driving while fatigued, so this experience completely undermined that purpose.

What’s even more disappointing is that there was no prior communication about the limited parking availability, which would have allowed me to make alternative plans in advance. This experience was one of the most frustrating and unsafe situations I've encountered, and it's disheartening to be let down by a brand I once trusted. Hilton needs to do better in managing guest expectations and addressing such fundamental issues.

Everything was perfect woth this place except the parking. I paid for parking yet there wasn't any. Only place I had to park was the street in a "no parking at anytime" zone. I ended up driving back home in the middle of the night. The night auditor Paul was amazing with going out of his way to help us. He is a very good employee....

I am a Gold Elite soon to be Titanium member and ive stayed at almost every hotel Sacramento has to offer. This hotel is definitely on the better half of the list and definitely towards the top of that half. I was helped by a nice young woman who said she was fairly new. Tia? I think. Anyways I showed up at 5 a.m. after not calling. I had paid with points so I assumed my room was still there waiting for me but during the night audit it had been declared a cancelation due to no show. I explained how usually a hotel will keep reservations paid for with points checked in even if the person hasn't arrived yet because the points aren't easily refundable plus it's as if the room was already paid for. I might have been a bit grouchy from driving all night but she was very kind and respectful unlike I was. She helped me by calming down which made me feel like an ass. She eventually figured out what to do and apologized profusely to which I also apologized. Anyways the staff here is great, the room was clean and spacious for a studio. Breakfast had a good amount of options and tasted great. Great hotel

There was mixed reviews online from many different sources but I didn't end up having any problems, the front desk was extremely helpful, the room was fantastic and clean. The only complaint I have was that the breakfast got overrun by some tour bus people and they absolutely destroyed the place by the time I got to go eat breakfast. Coffee was empty milk was empty everything was run out all the trash cans were overflowing and every table was dirty.

Avoid staying at this hotel and pick another hotel chain. Our experience was awful. At checkin the door to the bathroom didn’t work and the refrigerator was lopsided. The maintenance worker fixed the fridge but couldn’t fix the door to the bathroom door. They never cleaned the room even though we were there for four days. They blamed us for this when we left a do not disturb when we went to breakfast. We left clothes accidentally. They asked us to send a prepaid FedEx label to our home. We did that and they never sent our clothes. Nice people when you check in but quickly change their attitude when you bring issues to them. Avoid a headache and select a different hotel.

New hotel in a not so great area. I like staying at Home2Suites due to the newness of the hotels and the rooms. Having a full size refrig, dishes, dishwasher and microwave makes it so convenient. However this hotel is not in a good area. motel after motel are around the hotel.
