My stay at Home2 Suites was great and within walking distance of activities during my stay.

Room:

My room was Studio style with a kitchenette, and a king size bed. The mattress was comfortable and little on the soft side if that matters.

Breakfast:

There’s hot breakfast served every morning with a variety of options to choose from. I believe there is some form of eggs (scrambled, omelette, etc) and protein (bacon, sausage, ham, etc..) served every morning.

Fitness Room:

There’s a fitness room which includes a few treadmills, dumbbells, and a couple of Peleton bikes.

Parking:

No on-site parking! There’s a third-party valet parking available for a daily fee in addition to the cost of your hotel stay. My vehicle was parked about two blocks away from the hotel. There’s also an additional cost for oversized vehicles such as trucks, vans, etc..

Rooms were clean & and spacious, but the bathroom door was broken & unable to close.
Service-breakfast guy, George, was amazing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area & seemed to care about helping people. George was our kitchen/breakfast server

As a Hilton Honors member with 2 kids in college at the University of MN Twin Cities, we frequently stay at the Home2 Suites Minneapolis University location. The rooms are nice and big and its close to the university. After our stay last weekend, we will never return.

We stayed in room 231 and the guests in room 230 were extremely loud all night long. There were multiple people shouting, yelling, screaming, playing video games with the volume turned all the way up. We could feel the base and it sounded like they were in our room. None of us got any sleep because Airpods and earplugs would not drown out the noise.

I walked down to the front desk at 7pm and all she said was that quiet hours start at 10pm. I called at 11:30 pm. I heard the phone ring in room 230 and nobody picked up. The noise continued until 4:47am. It was a horrible stay because nothing was done.

Our home away from home. Room was clean and service was friendly throughout our weekend stay.

George was very accommodating and friendly during our breakfast. we came a bit late and he made sure we were well taken care of.

Parking isn’t free. We parked at 5th street towers and spent 35 dollars for the three days

Ideal location downtown, also is connected to the Skyway. The reception desk was accommodating and friendly.

I really enjoyed the studio room that was nicely furnished and the TV being a smart TV where I can use free apps, like Tubi and YouTube.

The complementary breakfast was about what you expect. It's decent.

Overall, one of the nicer Home2 Suites locations I've been to.

Check in was fast and easy and friendly! The location is perfect! Light rail is only a few minutes away to the MSP airport and Mall of America. The waterfront is only a 10 minute walk away as well as the rest of downtown and Nicollet restaurant entertainment district. US Bank Stadium is about a 13 minute walk.
Bed was super comfy and the full size fridge and microwave came in handy! It's like a nice sized apartment! Highly recommended! Perfect! A+

Great location, spacious rooms, clean, self parking available in a walking distance, good breakfast, have gluten free bread and some other gf options, pets (cats included) friendly. Also have billiards and board games cozy space.
Great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Brand new hotel in a great location in downtown Minneapolis. Spacious rooms, beautiful design and very clean. Kitchenette in every room so good place to stay if in town for 4+ days. Service was 10/10. Will be my go to hotel when traveling in the area
