My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a restful night.

The property was quiet and well-maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. I loved the on-site dining options—the breakfast was delicious and featured a wide variety of fresh, high-quality selections. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with my routine.

Best place to stay for people going to MD Anderson. The staff are all very friendly, Byron is always very helpful, and Victor, & Gabriel are great drivers getting you to the hospital and back. The beds are very comfortable, and the HVAC (Heating and Cooling) are not to loud like some of the other hotels in the area. The breakfast was great, in fact the dinners are fantastic but a little pricey. Also I loved the view of the city from the room.

Positive: I was traveling with my furbabies. This hotel was very accommodating for my dogs. The pet fee was very reasonable. The room was a good size and everything was very clean and comfortable. Negative: Breakfast was not included.

We love staying here when we have doctor's appointments. The stay lessens my driving anxieties, and I can plan the trek back home accordingly. The rooms are spacious and include microwaves and refrigerators. Also, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I enjoy the fact that it's close to the medical center, but it isn't located in the medical center itself, which has a very high traffic volume.

It's not a place to have a dining experience. Breakfast typical buffet with stuff. Or spend 20 dollars for two eggs your way and toast and a sausage or bacon. Hours are breakfast and dinner only. So starve unless you like potato chips at the overly priced snack place. It's like a motel and has nothing to offer. No mini bar in your room. A tiny one and can't hold even a styrofoam of food because the door won't close. Worst, no paper plates. It's elementary and a bed. It's a motel.

Check in process was fast! I love the personalized welcome message flashing on the TV screen when we entered the room. The room was super clean and spacious. |The party room and dance floor were large for our group. Food was delicious and service was excellent! I apologize for the behavior of one of our guests which I personally learned few days after the event. |I suggest to post an instruction on how to access the parking garage. I had to drive back to the front desk to ask for access.

We rented their function room for the retirement party of my co-worker. It's truly a high-class Inn in terms of its service, cleanliness, food, and customer service. The place is nice/ beautiful and great location. |Ms. Hazel Warren -the catering Manager is wonderful, she is very accommodating and professional. Carlos-the banquet captain and other servers of that night are truly hard-working. They are all wonderful, they are the best in everything. |I highly recommend this place!

Great stay at this hotel for two weeks while my husband had surgery. The shuttle driver Victor was the best part. I don't know what we would have done without him!! He was always available and prompt. It would have been difficult to navigate and park near Houston Methodist. He was wonderful!!
