I waited a while in the bank to visit with a banker. When my turn came to visit with a banker, I told Rosa M. that the wait was ridiculously long. She verified my wait time and apologized for the wait. She then presented excellent customer service. Made the waited tolerable because her service was great.

First Community Credit Union is not friendly to federally licensed, law abiding firearms industry businesses. After being told several times, by several representatives during the account creation process that our industry was authorized to bank with FCCU, we were notified while away on a business trip that our accounts were being frozen as FCCU "does not work with the firearms industry".

We're taking our business elsewhere, and we recommend that anyone with a vested interest in the Second Amendment does the same.

In addition, a complaint has been filed with the Texas State Attorney General's office for discrimination against a lawful firearms industry business.

Go up
