I had the pleasure of having Mr.Kerry Bernard help me at the FCCU location by Hwy 6/ 529. The waiting time was very quick and the staff were very friendly. Kerry was very knowledgeable about all of my questions. Kerry was also adamant about making sure that I was satisfied with all the information I was given and it was what I needed. I was provided with the proper links to the website and was even shown on the computer. If you have any questions and are a member of this bank, stop by and see for yourself. I was very impressed with the service today. Sorry about the picture he was off guard 😆.

This is for Debra Rodriguez in the E-Branch department in Cooperfield TX. Debra provided us with great customer service and care and with patience as well. She was much better than the gentleman we were assigned to who had poor communication and did not help us. We wish we could have worked with her for the entire process. My experience went from great, to not so great. Then someone connected me with Deandre and he was able to take care of all issues quickly. He even got me a lower interest rate which is fantastic . Deandre was very pleasant and nice to do business with.
