Alejandra Hernandez was one of the best personal banker I had at Alief branch. Ms.Hernandez assisted me with 3 different issues with pure patience and determination to help me. What a horrible credit union. Resolving an issue takes an act of God with this credit union. I was charged for transferring my money that they kept drafting out of my checking account for my credit card that was already paid off several months before. So I called and was told a supervisor would contact me. A week goes by, no call so I called again and I’m told that the issue cannot resolved over the phone; that I have to go to a branch. So I go to this branch and I speak with someone who tells me the charge will be removed by the next day. Two weeks later the charge is still there so I called again ask to speak with a supervisor and again am told one would contact me. Nothing yet so I’ll have to once again waste time going to this branch and speaking with someone. It was my money not a cash advance yet they are charging me fees for transferring MY MONEY back to my checking account.
