I always get great service at the Katy location. The branch opened in January and I have been pleased with them. Christy, Alex and Gayatri are great they provide amazing service and I have enjoyed events as well.

Worst bank ever please do not try opening an account here the are so unprofessional from customers service to tailers the have one of the worst banking system extremely complicated the mobile app is always crashing i open an account with them and closed it with an outstanding balance on my account and they send me a fake cashier check in the mail i know of 2 other guys who had same experience with them please DO NOT open an account with this people i wish the was an option for a zero start the don't worth 1 start horible bank ever
