I was greeted by the assistant manager Natasha. She was very helpful in all aspects of getting my ATM cards. She is very knowledgeable and would recommend her assistance for people who live out of state. Transaction was super easy.

I came to the Copperfield location to get a new debit card, the transaction was very quick and easy, the assistant manager Natasha with her excellent experience and customer service provided me a new card as easy as 123, I left the building with my card. One of the things I love about Cy Fair Credit Union is their involvement and commitment to the CyFair area. Unlike a bank, the CyFair Credit Union, gives a percentage of the profit back to the community. They have great customer service, they are energy efficient and offer the latest in technology!

Ebelin Rosas assisted us with a Home Equity loan and made the process stress free and easy! She’s very knowledgeable and is very helpful in explaining what to expect from start to finish. She sets expectations up front and follows through with call backs when scheduled. She is very busy, so allowing us to email her any questions we had along the way worked out great! The closing packet was only a few pages & nothing like buying a house. We had heard rumors that we would be signing a 100+ page packet. Not true!! We were in and out of the branch in less than an hour.
The entire branch staff is always very polite and helpful to us. We used to live in Cypress, but now live an hour away. We have continued to drive to the Copperfield location because of the exceptional service that is provided consistently. Thank you Cyfair Federal Credit Union-Copperfield for all you do!
