Absolute weirdos running this store. Tried to pay for a £1.25 drink using a Vodafone voucher, voucher was expired so I offered to put the drink back on the shelf, the cashier snatched the drink out of my hand as if I was trying to kidnap his child

By far the worst shop I have ever visited. Most of the staff are rude to customers and lazy and don’t care. There are a couple who are nice but the majority don’t. The shelves are always half empty and what is on the shelves is never fresh or of a good quality. It’s filthy and shoplifting is rife. Half the self service tills are broken or don’t provide receipts either. Abysmal

Does anyone actually work at this shop? There's hardly ever anyone behind the counters, today the cleaner pointed out the queue to the one member of staff in the shop and it was completely ignored. Would recommend just making use of one of the many local shops on the same road

This place is realy disappointing the shelves are alway half empty there is hardly never any one around when you need them and when they are they struggle to give even the most basic level of customer service... Today I had one of the stuff member come around the counter and try threaten me because he did not like that fact I had pointed out the level of service was terrible thr manger has step between him... Just highlighted foe the me how badly run This place is.... I wash it was ran by another company

Super expensive.
They don’t have many Co Op brand product so you are forced to by the expensive products which can cost you up to £1 more for the same product when compared with lidl or Sainsbury’s near by.

Very very unprofessional management.
Shocked to see manager allowing people to bring their full size bycycle to park inside the store which blocking the beers for customers (couldn't grab had to wait) and fire extinguishers.
It's a hazard on the floor which can raise health and safety issues. I hope management will look into this matter.

An actually upgrade for the neighborhood this new Co-Op comes to add some more choices and raise the competition.
Brand new ,clean and fully loaded is waiting for the locals.
After my first visit on Sunday evening I found enough products at very competitive prices.
It was very busy also and time was about 17:30.
Good service and plenty of choices for a shop of its size.
I personally believe that the marketing team of Co-Op found a market gap in the area.
I hope that they will continue with the same prices policy and keep or improve their quality and services.
I personally wish them good start!!!!

Rude staff with attitude, young black girl didn't want to give her name because she knows how embarrassing she is, also food shelves not organised properly, we can see food waste and rotting products.. and to top it all can't even change the paper of a till so I can leave with a receipt, then, making fun of me for "needing" a receipt.
