I’ve been here for roughly seven years. Really nice, quiet place. Eric is a great property manager and highly attentive to the tenants needs. Gym, pool, garage always clean and in working order. The maintenance crew is some of the best I’ve ever seen at any complex, period. ALWAYS cleaning and fixing. This is a very nice little community here. Everyone respects each others space and time.

We have lived at the Colonnade since the building was opened, about 8 years, and we love it here. It is convenient, comfortable and well kept. The residents are friendly and the staff is very hard working. There is never a day where I don't see the custodial cleaning and fixing issues. The management team of Erick, David, David and the security staff are courteous, friendly, reliable and willing to help with any problem, big or small. They will even help with non unit related issues, such as flat tires and dead car batteries. We are very happy here.

The staff is very Helpful n friendly and the bldg. is kept beautifully. Great Neighborhood, walking distance to stores n restaurants. Total mix of singles, young families, couples n seniors. Dog Friendly! I have felt at home here since day one.

I’ve been living at the Colonnade for about five years and it’s been such a wonderful home and community. The team of staff here are exceptional and helpful, and they go out of their way to keep this place a safe home for all who live here. The management team is fair to all residents, both renters and owners. I don’t know what we would do without them!

I have been a resident at the Colonnade SE for over 9 years now and I can only say great things about everyone that works here. From Erick Navarro (property Manager) to all the staff .... "YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!! " thanks for doing your job so well".
For the person that reviewed our building 2 days ago as " Parking Horrible" because they sticker your car...I am so glad they did....that means managment is doing their JOB!...If you are not familiar with the rules of the building, you should ask prior parking in the visitor parking. For your information cars are NOT allowed to park there if they dont have a visitors permit. If for some reason you didnt get one at the gate, its your obligation go to the front desk and inform the security guard which apartment you are visiting. I am sure you didnt do that. Next time if you come back to our building make sure to get that visitors permit!!!! If not you will get another sticker. Thanks!!
