I have stayed here many times over the last year. Another hotel that I was staying at around here got bed bugs and I had no desire to be in there. From day one at this hotel I haven't had an issue gone unanswered.

Rooms: Rooms are a little small (350-400 square feet) but honestly it's like having a studio apartment in a big city, so it doesn't phase me. There are some rooms that have fridges that freeze chilled items, lamps that don't have working outlets that are installed on them, and other small issues here and there. Anytime I took something to the front desk for concerns they helped right away or made a note of it. Maintenance was very helpful in making sure things were in working order if I had issues or I would be placed in another room and the previous room would become out of service until taken care of. Cleaning of the rooms need a little more detail. They should be deep cleaned every so often that way the bottoms of my feet don't turn black when barefoot.

Service: I have never had an issue with the people working in this establishment. I have had an instance where I asked for more towels and was told no. HOWEVER, I was then informed the lady didn't speak English and did not understand me, which is fine, you just need to ask front desk if you're not bilingual. The front desk staff have always been willing to help if I needed anything.

Location: Its not bad. There is a decent amount of construction in the cities currently so expect that. This includes the main road the hotel is off of. There is also a Toyota dealership & a Deny's next door.

Positive: Overall cleanliness was great. It smelled nice, unlike many recent hotels we've been in where all you could smell was the chlorine from the pool. The breakfast was really nice, as well. Negative: Would've given a 10 rating if the hot tub was actually hot instead of lukewarm. Also, only half the jets were working and it was way overfilled.

Positive: Breakfast was actually really good and the staff were amazing. The lady that was working the breakfast was amazing. She made sure everything stayed stocked and asked guest how their meal was and joke with the kids and even helped them find things. Negative: Our room had a balcony which was surprising, and when I went to open the balcony door, there was no handle. Clearly they didn?t want us to access the balcony, but taking out the handle just left a hole straight to the outside.

5/5 !! HIGHLY recommend!!! LOVE this hotel. I am a local and visit here often to take my 3 yr old swimming, we have been frequenting this hotel for almost 2 years now because of the price, staff and overall quality when we stay here! We won't go anywhere else - The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything you'll need and better yet - love that Denny's is connected / right next door for a bite to eat when this momma wants to have a drinky drink and get a quick bite to eat. ? Cheers! ||P.s - the price is so dang cheap for the experience you receive while staying here ... The MOST bang for your buck. ? The staff is 5/5, cleanliness 5/5, the pool is literally why we visit 5/5, location 5/5. We will always come back and visit and when we need a quick get away or a dip in the pool, this Hotel is our go-to. If you're looking for a quality place to stay while you are in the area, this is definitely the place.

Positive: Rooms are very clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location was good for what we were looking for in shopping. Negative: The breakfast could use a few more healthier choices. Water flow in shower was slow. Location of the hotel is good, yet signage is harder to find.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! The place was clean and tidy, the staff were all wonderful. The receptionist Ivan was a life saver when we were having some reservation troubles at check in, he was above and beyond and really made our trip!! The breakfast was well attended too each day with great variety!

Horrible experience! They have bed bugs!!!! The girl at the front desk with glasses was rude and hiding from guests standing by my room on her phone!! And they lie about having a shuttle bus. I also wish I knew the deposit was only accepted on a card. For someone flying in with no way to get around, this was a huge inconvenience. The room I received is on the first floor so I wasn’t able to sleep until about 1am constantly hearing car alarms going off and ppl all in the hallways being loud. I asked to change rooms the next day and they claimed they don’t have any rooms left on a Sunday without checking. Worst hotel experience I have had!

The room was clean. Love the room. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff.|The location is convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Hallways, elevators all exceptionally clean. Incredibly full breakfast. Love that they have a pool and workout room w/accessibility for extended hours.|Thank you for all your kindness!
