There has been continuous issues with online banking to make loan payments. I just recently purchased a new vehicle and there has been issues with the system since day one! I had an issue with the system saying that my first loan payment was due last month after making the payment early back in October. Fast forward I was told by a representative that the online banking system information was not accurate for my account promoting me to make another payment that was made early. I logged in today to try and make a payment for this month and the system was not accepting my information. I called to make a payment over the phone and was told there was a $10 convenience fee for making payments over the phone! I can't make the payment online and you want to change an outrageous fee of $10 to pay over the phone?! I can't wait to trade this car in because what type of business is this to charge customers so much to make payments via phone when your online system doesn't work?! Ridiculous!

So I just opened up an account for me and my grandparents. Nina is the one that helped us out. She was amazing. She says she usually isn’t in the friends-wood office but we got lucky having her! She walked us through everything step by step and went above and beyond for me and my grandparents. (They are not tech savvy, she has the patience of a saint.) she was also able to help me get my car refinanced! Saved me tons of money. I look forward to my journey with them! Highly recommend. The service by everyone was great. Including the first phone call with Destiny in the call center answering all of our questions quickly and efficiently.

We are a rental management company, and make deposits monthly for our clients so they do not have to. EVERY OTHER BANK never gives us issues to make deposits. We deposit checks on their behalf, write "deposit only and the account number, supplied to us by our client". We do not request a account receipt with their balance, just proof of deposit. This is such an easy thing. HOWEVER, EVERY SINGLE MONTH it's an issue with AMOCO. They consistently find some "reason" or something they don't like how the check is written, they can't read the shared banking branch, whatever. We have been doing this for our clients for over 10 years. I have spoken before to one of the managers about this,but this time TOPS THE CAKE. I went to make our monthly deposit, as it is the 1st of 2024, the check was Accidentally written with 2023 on it. I said, oh, no problem, let me just adjust it. I am quite sure this is a more than common mistake. I was told I could not do that, it would be altering the check. SERIOUSLY? SERIOUSLY? Now I have to drive back to my office, re-write the checks, and drive back. And on top of that, why does only some AMOCO LOCATIONS take shared banking. I drive almost 20 minutes to this one
, even though there is one right by our home. I see great reviews for your clients and that is great, however, you are not so accommodating to anyone else. Now I will be telling my clients that they can choose another bank if they still want us to deposit for them, as I am done with this
rediculousness.. Geezus, let us make a deposit without issues...

Hello! I want to let you know that Everytime I go to Amoco bank the service is Always good polite and friendly! I had to go inside the other day (Hina) was my Teller and like always her smile and good manners makes a big difference and is appreciated! Kasey is the same way as well! So is Angelica! I don't know the name of the others yet but I felt so welcomed when I came inside because most of the time I go to the drive thru. Everyone of them took a moment to say Hello and it was authentic, you can tell when it's fake. They are Always polite and that is impressive! Not all banks and places are like that. It might sound corny but their good friendly professional attitude needs to be acknowledged! It does make a difference and it does matter to be polite and not just because their a customer! Excellent job! All of you!! 😊👍👍

Reached out to Amoco for an auto loan when I was buying a truck remotely. Tony was a tremendous help and worked very fast and answered all of my questions. On top of a great APR he got me, he had all of the paperwork processed and sent over to the dealership within a couple of hours. I booked a flight and made it to the dealership, signed a few pieces of paper and headed back. Legitimately, the easiest and most seamless vehicle purchase I have ever made! I highly recommend this branch and Tony the next time you are in the market for an automobile. They truly do care about their clients and will work diligently to secure the deal that fits your needs! Great job Tony and team at the Amoco Friendswood branch!
