All the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. However Di Anna Burnett in particular is always the one that greets me and helps with whatever I have questions on. She has outstanding customer service and is always ready to help as soon as she sees somebody walk through those Altura doors. She explains everything in a very detailed yet simple manner so that you understand, which is great for me because i’m 19 just getting my personal finances started. She has helped me with multiple services such as applying for a credit card, applying for an auto loan, opening an account, I mean she even went out of her way just to get a loan agent to speak with me after I struggled to get in contact with one for a week the same day I called her up. I can’t thank her enough, thank you Di Anna you’re amazing! 🙂
