I've been with Advancial for the past 4 years. It has been graceful, amazing, respectful and professional. Their security features are amazing. Free check book. Not charges on ATM withdrawals anywhere including shared branches. Awesome APR rates on the auto loan and credit card. Free online trainings on matters of finances! My second auto loan with them and they continue to be awesome. The things i can do via their app and online account platform are endless. Account integrated with Zelle. There is just a lot to say. Very good services. Me and my wife, we both have accounts in this bank. At the Eldridge branch the attendants are always helpful and polite. My account manager is very accessible and usually solves my problems promptly. I'm overall very happy w/ the provided services.
