My partner and I had been looking for a credit union that would benefit us in the long run. We went to many places and did not feel it was the right fit until we came to this location. Mario Mendez at San Felipe location was just so wonderful. He was personable and did a great job at explaining all the benefits we would receive with this bank. Not only did he help set up our accounts, but he helped set the app on our phones so that we would not struggle after our visit. A couple of days later, he reached out to make sure we were satisfied with our decision and asked if we had any questions. Overall, we are extremely content and always look forward to speaking with Mario!
