Wonderful experience!
When we checked in, there was a sign saying "I've stepped away from the desk and will return shortly." After waiting about 5 minutes, she appeared. We later saw her working her tail off: refilling pool towels, refilling supplies and making sure things were nice.
The rooms were a perfect temperature, nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The pool area was actually empty at 9 on a Saturday night. I liked that the hot tub faced away from the door. Such a relaxing time!
The breakfast area was so clean with a variety of food options. The food was delicious and warm. Several workers were present and were so friendly, greeting the guests and busy cleaning/refilling. The desk worker was so friendly greeting guests and checking them out.
All the employees were friendly and hard working!!

This Holiday Inn & Suites is Top-Notch. The Front desk Manager and Staff bent over backward to help me. The Hotel is Very Clean. The rooms are perfect. All of the Staff are friendly. The breakfast is hearty. The parking lot is well-lit at night. The location is ideal. This hotel is a gem in the Holiday Inn and Suites, Crown.

This location was a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely outgoing and helpful with everything I asked about. I requested fresh towels at 8 o'clock at night, I got them. Chloe was/is the absolute favorite front desk person. She was helpful, cheerful, friendly, outgoing, and a pure delight! She even listened to me talk about my rescue kitten. The continental breakfast was amazing! Always hot and fresh, and you had access to hot coffee or coco all the time! I only got to use the pool once, but that was very well kept and clean. Kinda sad I couldn't use it more. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, 2 days were Saturday & Sunday. It had a lot more traffic during those days, but the staff didn't skip a beat and still maintained a quiet and clean environment. I look forward to visiting again in the very near future. Thank you, Holliday Inn Eau Claire, for a marvelous stay!!

We have stayed at this hotel twice, and will definitely return next time we are in Eau Claire. The rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was exceptional. The fitness room was clean, well maintained, and very well appointed -- a big plus for me! Also, the tasty breakfast was included (a must for me) and had the usual options with good variety to either eat healthfully or not, your choice! The breakfast staff were very nice and attentive, and kept the area immaculate, even at busy times. Front desk staff was friendly as well.

Absolutely nothing bad I can say about this hotel! It's beautiful and clean and so nice. The walk-in shower was so nice. The beds were comfy and the pillows were amazing! The a/c was locked at 66 and we like sleeping colder than that so that was slightly disappointing. It is one of those that kick on and off so it would get cool then hot then cool then hot. But it didn't matter much because a big storm came through and knocked the power out for most of the night. Breakfast was still good despite them getting a late start because the power was off. 5 stars in my book.

Staff is phenomenal. Housekeeping even tucked in all of my kids’ stuffed animals & gave the one a tv remote when they cleaned. They loved that little bit of magic.

I had two awful nights of sleep, even with the bed being amazing. The air conditioner unit wasn't turning on soon enough between cycles. It would get cold, turn off, then get very hot and stuffy before turning on again. I'd wake up sweating and couldn't get back to sleep. Just when I'd fall asleep, the cycle would repeat itself. This happened all night long, two days in a row. Bummer!

A very nice hotel with great rooms. Good continental breakfast provided including hot items. The front desk service provided by Chloe was exceptional. We travelled via bus trip and others noted that, too.|We requested help with our tv and I’m sure she was up in our room in less than five minutes and worked away until she solved the problem.
