Positive: Down to earth, reasonable policies. I especially liked that there was dedicated late night security in the parking lot. The hotel is definitely in a not great neighborhood, but they have taken appropriate measures in recognition of that fact. Negative: $100 Pre-Auth on credit card is a bit much for this type of property

AVOID THIS PLACE! Where to begin… check-in isn’t until 4pm, so don’t go before that, or you will have to wait in the parking lot where you don’t want to be at any time of the day. There won’t be anyone at the front desk anyway. This is not a hotel, this is definitely an “Inn”, don’t get that mixed up. When you walk into the lobby, don’t expect a greeting or anything. I booked online at the last minute as my job sometimes requires. I am very happy that I only had to stay one night. There is a sign on the front desk that says it is your responsibility to report anything wrong with the room or request a room change or you are SOL. Once the desk was staffed, I received my key and went to my room. The moment I stepped through the door I was hit with a very strange and strong scent. Moments later, as I was heading to ask for another room, the staff member came to me and apologized for the room, he didn’t know the bathroom was under “renovations” and offered to move me to another room. That was the one situation I gave two stars. The second room was much better, the rooms are very dark, there are no ceiling lights, only dim lamps. All of the inner ground floor rooms have a second door with pool access. Unfortunately, all the doors and walls are paper thin. You will learn everything you don’t want to know about the people next door, you will also have the pleasure of hearing pool users screaming and screeching until after 10pm. Then, once that finally stops, you can hear all of the walking, stomping, and running going on out in the hall, and above your room. The connected bar closed an hour early (10pm). I passed multiple people who were just standing in the hall with vomit on their shirt. I had to sleep in my car until I could check out of my room at 6am and relocate to a place with less murder vibes. The gentleman in front of me had a similar experience, but he was scolded for not having a deposit. No amount was disclosed and then he was rushed out the door after. Then when I approached the desk I handed him my key and he just waved me off and said I was good. After reading other reviews I am very glad I asked for the receipt.

We travel a lot. Booked wrong location in error. Upon arrival parking lot of dirty, outdated and ran down. Upon check on lobby smelled. Went to room and furniture in poor condition, exterior door blocked. Bathroom was dirty. Went back to desk and told
them we would
not be staying the 3 nights. They asked “ is something wrong with room”.. there is your sign! They agreed to refund. Left key in room and still waiting on
my refund! Thi hotel is not on a great location and very old and dirty.

Clean room, bed was very firm. TV did not work, which was annoying. Toilets were low. No one came to change out towels in between our two days of stay, which isn't a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time. The entire place could use a face lift. Entire staff interaction was checking in and checking out.

We arrived at 2:30am after our flight was cancelled - when everyone at the airport also had their flights cancelled. It was the only hotel that had any rooms, and we quickly found out why. We already felt uneasy while booking the hotel, due to the bullet proof glass on the window, 30+ security cameras, and security guard on site. As we were walking to our rooms, we met a couple questionable characters that were roaming the parking lot at 3am. Then we got to our room.. we were immediately met with the smell of cigarette smoke, the carpets were sticky, bed sheets had multiple stains, the sink was about to fall off the wall, and we were unable to lock the deadbolt on our door. We ended up staying there because all other hotels in the city were booked. Needless to say, we got out of there as quickly as we could the next morning.

Definitely not clean, quiet, or kid-friendly

Stayed at the quality hotel last night. Check in easy enough but immediately felt uncomfortable when parking lot near our ground level room had two people yelling and swearing at 410 pm. Noticed a vodka bottle on the ground near our outisde door. The building and room also had an unusual smell. One stain found on the sheets, otherwise bed seemed clean. Rooms were outdated and appeared old, many marks on the wall or doors from old damage. Dead bolt on door did not lock. Hot tub was clean but the pool room had missing pieces in the ceiling. When we returned back around midnight there was people yelling?talking loundly? all around our room and hallway. Eventually did quiet down but hotel seems pretty active all day and into the night.

My partner went for the breakfast @ 850. It does say it ended at 9 so was on the late end for us but hoped to get something small. Did not have coffee or juice anymore but had a few eggs and sausage left. After returning to our room to pack we could hear someone yell outside our door for 15 mins about how there was no coffee and aggressively yelled on the phone about sending him $ for a coffee. In some ways we could understand their annoyance but it also summed up the experience well. When we left the vodka bottle remained on the ground in the parking lot. Lower price for this hotel is noticeable!

The staff was excellent!! Front desk staff- (Dp) & (kim), showcased "high level" off 'professionalism' and 'generosity'. Example: When clients "came up short" on payment(s) (due to financial problems), member of management will most likely show leniency [a caring heart ♥]. I recommend this hotel☆☆☆☆☆. Moreover, they recently added a restaurant/bar to the facility-- making the hotel a "one-stop-shop".

Just a thank you to all the recent reviewers. I almost brought my moving truck here, my entire life in a van, could have been extraordinarily bad. As an aside, the Choice Hotels Group directed me here upon promises of having dedicated truck parking, so stay away from that company.
