Branch manager is absolutely awesome! She must be in love! I went to the location on grand parkway yesterday to check on my debit card that kept declining the purchases, lady there told me it was good, nothing wrong with it. I tried to use it at a grocery store store and it still declined on me which was not good, I had to leave my groceries at he counter. Today I came here to my very preferred location and the branch manager told me the card was not active so that why I was not able to use it. After a couple clicks on her computer, she brought my card to life. That means a lot.

I cannot express enough how much I love this credit union! It stands head and shoulders above the big chain banks. Every time I walk in, Antoinette, her team, and Darren greet me with such warmth and helpfulness that I truly feel valued not just as a member, but as a person. Their dedication to exceptional customer service is unparalleled.

Today, they held a member appreciation event complete with cookies and hot dogs, which was a delightful treat for all of us. It’s small gestures like these that make a big difference. In my 20 years of banking with various institutions, I have never experienced such genuine hospitality and care as I do at Members Credit Union. I wish more businesses would follow their exemplary model. They truly set the bar high for what a community-focused financial institution should be.

They never have the answers to anything. Our account was frozen, and was told it will take up to 48 hours to have it back. Well it’s been over a week, and they have yet to do what they’re supposed to do. Even when you have paper work stating otherwise. Every six months they also lock me out of my own account. This is ridiculous, on why there is never no one around to fix any of these issues. Please save yourselves the headache, and go elsewhere.
