I've been a member for years and I only come to the NW branch! Phenomenal service! Sonja, Irma, Jessica, and Marissa are all very helpful and attentive. I feel like a shareholder and not just another number. Everyone is approachable and personable. This is the only branch I care to go to!!! I recommend this branch to anybody looking for a place to call home.

I’ve been a member for years starting downtown. Sonja Banks and the staff
have always been so friendly at this Northwest Branch and it’s my favorite location.This past week I needed help and she went above and beyond to support me. She made an uncomfortable transaction much easier and she didn’t have to.

My experience with this fscu branch was a welcoming and pleasant experience. The teller there had plenty of knowledge and made my first time opening a credit union account a enjoyable and worth while experience I highly recommend.

I have had multiple bank accounts in the past and another credit union and settled on First Service and this Credit Union across the board has far surpassed any financial institution I have ever worked with. Especially this branch. They are so easy to deal with, so kind, courteous, friendly, patient and really helpful … it’s just a breath of fresh air.

Unhappy, long term customer... Loan and credit products have high rates while savings and money market dividends are low... Added branches but org is no longer customer oriented. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the near future. Shocked that after multiple paid off car loans, cc, personal loans, etc I would be offered high interest rate (6%) to purchase a car!

I have been using this branch for a few years now , and always have been treated with respect and Ms. Sonja always been friendly. And I have a few family members associated with this bank. But the service I received today from teller Jessica in my opinion was biased and not warranted. I understand verification you have my ID, and I have verified my account and the address. So anything out of y’all normal practice is raising a eyebrow when there is no reason, because a teller want to do extra or profiling. Simply because you have $$$$$ in your account. I don’t know.

But to say she just wanted to do EXTRA DUE DILIGENCE!
Why? You verified my account.
I don’t have any alerts on my accounts.
Consistency is key and banking policies and procedures are in place to follow. Not when a teller gets a wild hair and want to make rules as she go!
