The staff, especially management, are amazing. It feels good when your bank gets to know you on a personal level. The banking products and services offered are also excellent and competitive.

I will continue to use them for my banking needs, and also highly recommend them to friends and family.

I have been a member of a credit union for over 60 years. I was a board member of a credit union for over 35 years. I feel being a credit union member is in the best interest for everyone. I joined MCCU in 2008 and have been a loyal member ever since. Their staff if very pleasant and are always ready to assist with any of your financial needs. I have financed all the vehicles I have purchased with them, obtained personal loans, a credit card, and have my checking account with them, all without any hassle or issues. I could not be happier with their service. I cannot understand why someone would use the "Big Named Banks" for their financial needs. Credit Unions are the best and offer the best service and financial stability.

I just moved in the neighborhood, so was visiting this Members Choice Credit Union - Seven Meadows branch last week, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. The atmosphere was professional, yet there was an underlying tone of approachability.

I had a few complex transactions to make and questions about some bank products over two visits I made. The two bankers who assisted me, Sheena & Ileana, where patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It's rare to see such dedication to customer service in today's fast-paced banking world.

They printed out clear instructions for me and for the dealership to process my car purchase. I was able to email the paper work to the bankers that saved me extra trip to the bank that made things even faster.

Additionally, the waiting area was clean, and even during a busy hour, the queue moved reasonably quickly. There was also plenty of parking spots in front, making the whole experience quick and easy.

While many might consider banking to be a mundane chore, the staff at this branch made it a pleasant experience. It's reassuring to know that there are still places where customer service is a priority. I'll definitely be doing more of my banking here and would recommend this branch to anyone in the area.
