I’ve been banking with this company for a long time, but things have gone downhill recently. They present themselves as community-focused, but their actions tell a different story. The customer service is disorganized—one representative says one thing, and the next says something completely different. It’s clear that no one really knows how to resolve issues.

I was scammed, and instead of helping, the bank has been making things even harder. They’re charging me to fix a situation that wasn’t my fault and limiting my access to my own account and their app. It’s been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for banking services—this place is no longer reliable.
