Hi, I visited CFFCU on Saturday, November 9th, 2024. I was assisted in opening a New Checking & Savings Account. It was less than 30 min until they closed for the day & from being greeted by a Lovely Young Lady who told me they were closing soon but that wouldn’t be a problem, they’d get me taken care of. Within minutes Joshua came out introduced himself & off to his office we went. He helped me set up my New Accounts. Explaining everything in detail and asking each time if I understood. He made me feel very comfortable and he was Very Knowledgeable, Patient & Thorough. Making sure to take care of everything I needed.
I am very Happy to be A New part of the Cy-Fair Family. It’s an Excellent Credit Union with strong roots & great ties to the community. And one of the very few around with Live Tellers and Safety Deposit boxes.
I highly recommend them.

Went to open a new account, have never been in before. We are so happy to have made the decision to go there. Joshua who helped us open our account was very thorough and explained each option we had. Very knowledgeable about how each account worked and the benefits that each one of them had. Had already gone to other banks but none were like this. Wonderful customer service from Joshua and also the feeling of just being welcomed as a person and not another account.

Sunny Araiza assisted my husband and me with a loan. From start to finish, the process was quick and easy! Sunny presented us with an option we didn’t even know about- which ended up saving us a lot of money in the long run! We were so grateful that she listened to us and actually heard our situation - instead of just trying to get us out of there fast or putting the credit union needs above ours. Plus, she was so friendly and fun to work with! I cannot recommend this branch highly enough- and if you need a loan, work with Sunny!!!

Definitely shady. Close my account when I saw the first red flag!!!!!!! I have NEVER had an NSF fee in my life until I open my account with this credit union. The representative explanation of the fee was totally given scammer vibes. I just made several electronic Deposit that day from different sources. Soon as I saw that one NSF. I Zelle all of my money to my NFCU. Call them and told them to close that account!!!! I only open an account because of the two days early access to direct deposit. However, I can get my direct deposit one day early with NFCU so I’ll be ok. I’m not dealing with no shady, scammer credit union.
