When you are a member of CyFair FCU you are a part of a family. I joined the Credit Union in the mid 1980’s and have watched it grow into a multi branch organization from one small building in Jersey Village. I recently applied for a Home Equity Loan and the process from application to closing was superb. My representative, Sherri Wittler, was professional and helpful in every step of the transaction. Due to the Cyfair ISD zip code debacle, I had to physically go to the school tax office and wait almost an hour in line to write another check.  I then decided to place a stop payment on the first check.  I was very irritated upon arriving at the bank.  Ana Monares greeted me with a smile and listened to me describe my situation with the school tax office.  She setup the stop payment and waived the fee.  This visit only took about 20 minutes and during that time due to Ana's soft speech and assistance, I was feeling much more calm.  The rest of my day was good.  I have been with CFFCU for 14 years and love this bank.

I arrived down in spirit and at my wits end ready to just give up on the situation I needed help with! First of all they greet you once you arrive and make you feel good so that lifted my spirits! I was introduced to Dondrick who not only helped me with an auto loan but also helped me get approved for their credit card he’s so knowledgeable and know everything about financial literacy I’ve left knowing more than I knew when I arrived my experience was beyond exceptional I will advise anybody who wants to feel special and know they are valued please visit this location and ask for Dondrick!
