Ms. Sierra also noticed my savings was inactive and explained the consequences that could follow. She even gave me an idea in how to avoid that from happening. Heads up on what I shared about Texas Bay Area Credit Union in the Katy location your Katy branch and Cindy gets a five-star rating from me... Cindy is a wonderful person and she helped me get a new debit card that worked. My experience at the Katy location was great! She even went out to show me how to use the New ATM machine and to make sure that my debit card worked.
At the time I sent the message it should have been sent to Texas Bay at the Cypress location on Fry Road... so sorry for the confusion thank you again Cindy for your help. You are a wonderful asset to the Katy Texas Bay Credit Union.

Cindy assisted me both before and after my recent car purchase. After deciding on a vehicle she communicated the details of my loan, including my interest rate and monthly note, to the salesman who was working with me. After running into some misunderstandings in the finance department of the dealership, it was necessary for me to quickly refinance. At this point, Cindy came to the rescue with a plan to get things back on track. She very patiently guided me through the process step by step until all the loose ends were completed. I was thrilled with her expertise and ability to process the details in a very timely manner.
