I have been a customer of FCCU for several years now, this is not the first time I have had a bad experience, but I have let them go. I understand that we all have bad days.

Today I went to the branch on Westview Dr and Campbell to make an international transfer. It was my first time making a transaction like this.

I arrived at the branch and found a long line for the tellers and many people waiting to be assisted by the bank executives. Since I did not know what the process was to make the transfer, I stood in line for the teller. I was in line for approximately 20 minutes and when it was my turn, they told me that it was not with them and they sent me to an executive, I had to wait another 20 minutes approximately.

The wait did not bother me at all. We all had to wait and I understand that the tellers and executives were doing their job.

When they finally called my name, the person who helped me asked me what I wanted to do. I told her that I wanted an international transfer and he asked me for a SWIFT number, which I didn't have. I immediately started looking for the information. But the person's attitude from the beginning was very rude, she seemed upset. I pointed out that she had made a mistake in the amount she had put in the system and she definitely didn't take it well. Her way of answering my questions was bad. She didn't make me feel comfortable making this transaction.

I preferred to leave despite all the time I had already had to wait.

Just recently visited this location and let me tell you...Mrs. Veronica Villalba went above and beyond to help me out with an issue I was having with my debit card. She was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs.
