They are always willing to help and they always go above and beyond our expectations -- something we rarely see any more in customer service. Being that they are local is even better. Pete was extremely helpful over the phone during my initial call to SE Computers. From our conversation he had a good idea what was wrong with my Toshiba Satellite Laptop and was able to give me an estimate charge to repair. Upon bringing in my laptop he and his staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He told me when they would be able to look at it, which he called me when they had opened it up and what they had found that was in need of repair and to confirm I wanted them to proceed. When Pete called me with the repair finished, it was earlier than he had estimated and gave me some recommendations of general upkeep to ensure its longevity. My laptop has been working absolutely great since, even faster, and no repeating issues since Pete and his team had repaired my laptop. Will DEFINITELY be bringing any computer in need of repair to SE Computers.

My PC was stuck in a boot cycle . I had done some troubleshooting myself and couldn't get it to work and was very upset my $3000 PC was having these kinds of issues .

I called up SE computers and they were friendly and professional and told me to come by and drop it off . They got my PC fixed within a couple days and it ended up being something simple . But they charged me a very fair rate . Would recommend .
