Really clean place. I definitely recommend to come wash your clothes here! Big washers for blankets!! You will need to add at least $10 to a card to pay for washes & the dryer.

The evening attendant had the place real clean but the downfall to this place is the owner should fix the Air Conditioning, only one ceiling fan was on and working and they had a small portable fan which didn’t do no justice. It was hot and a lot of customers that were there washing stood outside by their cars because of the Air conditioning not working.it is very uncomfortable for your customers and your employees. That needs to be addressed and fix.

Air conditioning not working at this location. Very hot environment with dryers running! Employee was very sweaty while cleaning the facility. No wind at all, stuffy and humid! They have large ceiling fans, but only one was working, was advised by employee that they too are broken! Also, several large washing machines “Out of Order”, most have been this way since 2 weeks ago when I last came in to wash clothes.

I don’t know who this new employee is or if he is new because I haven’t seen him before but he was so rude. The systems were down which is understandable but to not explain to us that we can use cash or card to reload the cards that they have us use was very frustrating. And when I asked to buy a large bundle instead of saying oh sorry we’re out he completely sarcastically just said NO. When I questioned why not ? Thinking it was joke maybe he replied with. Because we’re out. Like that could have been said in a different manner. The other employees are great which is why I come back to this place even with the ac being out. But with him being here I may have to look else where.

Exceptional service and great customer care on the young man and lady's part (workers).

Appreciate him trying to clean up while he had a full house but I overall love ? coming here to see it very clean and tidy.

Without a doubt this is the nicest, cleanest public laundry mat I have ever been to! Plenty of machines and space for the kids. It’s not very cool in the summer, but considering how large it is I think it’s as cool as it could be.

Relatively clean and I’ve hardly ever seen a machine inoperative. Could use a good once over for dust buildup throughout the ceiling, fixtures and HVAC system.

There’s always something on TV and the sound is at a comfortable volume.

Good ventilation but it can still be warm at times.

Attendant is always available and a good selection of laundry products are available for purchase.
