1 star is too many. I wish I could give this company 0 stars! I've had to deal with them each time my wide format printer dies and I have to buy another one. Right now the printer is in Fort Myers this morning 7am there but they won't let me pick it up because they have no employees to take it off and process it. Are you telling me you are running a "shipping business" and you have no one there to take it off the truck We want to pick it up right now but can't. I'm now going to wait on Monday for a delivery... Most likely they are going to call me after waiting all day Monday, and say we need to re-schedule it. After my business is down for over a week because their shipping is so slow... I wish my vendors would stop using them! I'm beyond frustrated ? I'll update this when they call me Monday to tell you the real date it actually gets delivered on....

First -you have to make an appointment for a delivery to your home, but they don't call you to make one....you're supposed to know that. Seeing my delivery was supposed to come on a Monday, I called to ask what time and was told I need to make an appointment to have it delivered. They now scheduled it two days later on Wednesday. Then I get a call telling me they could deliver on Tuesday afternoon. I waited all day and no one showed up. I call to find out what happened and NO ONE has the foggiest idea who called me. All I got was that you are scheduled on Wednesday here on the paperwork. Yet some mysterious guy calls me with all the details of my shipment and tells me it will come on Tuesday. How does a company like this even stay in business?

These guys lies cost me $2,000 because they wouldn't do what they told me they would do. We had a priority shipment less than 100 miles away that had to be there in 2 days. They assured me this would not be a problem and it might even be there the next day. Here we are 4 days later, still no delivery and getting cussed at by people that know they've been caught in a lie and don't like being caught.

Please educate your male drivers to have a little respect for their customers. Women should not be addressed as “Doll” as I was yesterday. Very offensive. This is not the 1950s.

Not impressed with corporate side of the company. i was charged for lift gate delivery to my door. Lift gate was inoperable on the truck and the driver (very nice person) and i hand carried the cargo to my garage from the street. When i challenged the lift gate fee to be waived since i didn't get that service my request was denied. Billed for serviced not rendered NOT PROFESSIONAL.

This company stood me up for a delivery for Friday. Office staff said they were on their way driver will call. No call or show. I had scheduled installers based on that delivery. These people are a joke. They were the ones who called and placed day and time of delivery. Delivery was prepaid so they don’t care one way or another.

Worst company ever. Had to refuse my delivery because the driver didn't had the equipment to bring my items inside my property. If this company doesn't have the equipment needed you shouldn't be doing any deliveries. How do you expect my items to stay outside my property? A company as big as Home Depot shouldn't be doing business with AAA Cooper Transportation.

First delivery scheduled for Friday - no show, no call. Second delivery scheduled for Monday - no show, no call. Third delivery scheduled for Tuesday - no show, no call. Every evening I had to call to ask why delivery did not take place. They promised me to call me Wednesday morning 8am to let me know about delivery that day - no call. After I called around 10am that day, I am being told that delivery is not until the next day. And who knows if it will be delivered. Absolutely worst customer service!
