Clean room and very comfy beds. Loved the stay. Stayed in room 310 and experienced the first shadow person I have ever seen. It was awesome. It was a woman and she came through the wall beside the first bed in the room and walked across the room and out the other side of the room. At first I thought it was a shadow of someone outside but I realized we were on the 3rd floor. Later found out that a lady had died in room 306. Very strange!

Red Loin Inn and Suites was amazing for the most part!!! We arrived to a very warm welcome at the front desk by Edwin and Diana. They were so friendly and helpful with everything we asked. The beds and room were clean and spacious. In the morning the crew was not so welcoming. They were not smiling and looked like they did not want to be there or bothered!! The breakfast was ok but the woman sit right by it looking at you making your plate like you were going to steal the free meal!!! I came in with my husband and kids on 8/24 and left on 8/25!! The pool was nice and clean but the hot tub could use a good cleaning. Thank you to the night crew for your warm welcome. Day crew needs work on their people skills, you are in customer service, SMILE!!

It’s your typical hotel. Nothing fancy. Was there for baseball tournament so we had a group of 11 year old boys and the front desk got onto us for being “rowdy”. It was only 730 in the evening and we were all hanging out in the lobby area. We also asked a good restaurant to take our group to and the front desk was no help “i don’t eat at restaurants so i don’t know”

Positive: Clean - Fresh air. The continental breakfast is great addition. The kitchen staff is helpful and friendly. Negative: The bath room needs works as the paint on the wall is chipping off.

Positive: The staff was very friendly. We came into town to visit my children and they let us all use the pool all day and provided propane for us to use the grill so we all had a fun filled day with no hiccups! And Breakfast was great as well!! Negative: ""

This place is out to get your money so they can pocket it. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL IF YOU ARE A SMOKER, Because even if you respect their wish to not smoke in the room, if you go outside and smoke, come back in and your room "smells like lingering smoke" they will TRY to take your $200 deposit. Even though the cleaning lady clearly seen you in your car smoking. They can watch cameras and see how many times we went out to smoke... they were just trying so hard to pocket that extra $200
I didn't even let my kids get in their white covers until they showered, I made them eat at the tables in the room, and was on everyone's butt the entire night not to do anything to mess up getting that damn deposit back. We didn't even get to the room until 745pm.. Left the room nice and clean. All the trash was in one spot, all the towels in a pile. They will really try ANYTHING TO POCKET THAT $200. BECAUSE SOME LOCAL DID $7000 DAMAGE TO ANOTHER ROOM. SO NOW ALL LOCALS HAVE TO PAY $200 DEPOSIT!? FOR LOCALS ONLY?!?! THANKS MINERAL WELLS, FOR KEEPING IT CLASSY.

This is a very nice hotel for the small town it’s in. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was above average. There are food options close by

My room had everything I needed. Clean,Soft beds, deep bathtub, comfy chair with long ottoman, desk with high back office chair, plenty of lights for every task. Front desk was helpful, respectful, assistive, knowledgeable.
