Great Hotel for my extended stay. I was working in Loveland for a few weeks. It features a fitness area and a small pool. It's within walking distance for several food choices. It has coin op laundry. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Ty!

Unfortunately very disappointed in the customer service. Not only did I call ahead of time to confirm if I would be able to connect to their internet, but they charged me for the full night after not staying in the room.

I travel and my remote work will not allow me to connect to some networks. I checked in and tried to connect to the Internet and wasn’t even there for more than 20 minutes before I called the front desk to ask if there were any other options. In the past I have always been able to cancel my reservation at no charge if I did not use the room and was not there for more than 30 minutes.

I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t expect much if you have any mishaps.

Our 2-week stay for medical procedures was generally quite satisfactory. The facilities above average and the morning breakfast rather better in quality and quantity than most.

What I do feel it important to criticize, however, is the executive management. They were nowhere visible and it was rather evident that they do not perform daily, on site inspections of the day-to-day

Got to the hotel late & had to leave very early. Front desk staff was helpful. Check in process painless. The room was very nice. TVs in a weird spot while you’re in the bed.

I am an exclusive Marriott customer for both but business and leisure travel. This is a newer property with terrible service. I’ve machines out of order, elevator out of order, won’t provide fresh towels to room or daily maid service on request or at all for that matter during a 3 night stay. It was offered if I brought down used towels to the front desk they would give me new ones.

Your typical SpringHill. Almost.
Shower water pressure could be higher or have a shower head that allows you to tweak it. It's not the most comfortable bed, but it's passable. We're still armwrestling with hopes to get our room refreshed daily: so far, 0 for 1!
Only one elevator working is not ideal and we have to go to another floor for ice because the ice machine on our level is broken!
Also, hopeful weekend breakfast time will extend past 9:00AM! ?

This review is not about the staff, and the hotel was decent, but this is the first Marriott or Marriott brand hotel that I’ve stayed in the last 5 years (I travel a lot for work) that still uses single
serve plastic coffee creamers and plastic packets of Heinz honey (gross) and not a more environmentally friendly and healthy option of real half and half in a serving carafe or a real non-single serve honey option. I don’t eat the breakfast very often, but I do drink coffee and having real half and half and honey is imperative to me, I spent over $300/night for my room and when I asked the hotel staff, they told me it was up to the franchise owners and they didn’t want to spend the extra money on real half and half. I guess they want to put more toxic micro plastics (fact) into their guests vs a healthy and non-toxic option. Shame on you Marriott for allowing this and not being a better steward of the environment and poisoning your guests! I will never stay at this franchise again. As I sat in the dining hall and watched guest after guest use 5-8 creamer cups for one cup of coffee, I started thinking about the impacts this has on society. This franchise is clearly focused on profits only and not the well being of its guests. Also, their wifi was out the whole time too. The staff was very nice though.

Hotel appearance was nice. Stayed here for 1 week with a crew of 6 people. None of use were able to completely sleep through any given night without waking up at least once.
Issues: nightlight in the bathroom outlet was bright and rooms with a frosted bathroom door like mine had no way to stop the light from lighting up the bed area. The AC unit seemed to shut off at night like it was detecting that there was no occupancy. I woke up every morning sweaty no matter what I set the thermostat to the night before. I'm not sure if those were the only issues or if there were loud noises in the hotel each night that woke us up. I requested room cleaning at checkout, but only towels were refreshed. Bed was never made or sheets changed which sweating due to the thermostat shutting off and poor sleep necessitated.
Breakfast each morning was sub par to what I expect from a Marriot hotel. I felt like the breakfast was low effort each morning and likely due to management since it didn't matter who did breakfast(water standing in the instant eggs, water standing in the instant oatmeal, coffee full of coffee grounds, coffee and hot water not hot in the evenings). The maintenance guy is probably the most professional and friendly person here. He warmly greeted me every time I passed and after checkout seemed genuine when thanking me for staying and wishing me safe travels. By comparison, I was greeted by only one front desk worker on one evening for the duration of the trip.
