Stayed here over a weekend. It is all one expects from a Marriott Courtyard. Clean, comfortable room. Good shower. Quiet. Actually, it was very quiet. Not luxurious but not at all cheap. Courteous, attentive staff. Fine, no -- very good, Boulder County location. If I come this way again, I'll probably stay here.

What I liked:|* Great location with restaurants within walking distance.|* Quiet|* Easy Parking |* Fast check-in and check-out. |* Professional and courteous staff|* Excellent housekeeping with room well cleaned and prepared upon arrival|* Cozy and spacious||The only thing I would like it to be done differently is increase the hot water temperature a bit more. It was not hot enough. |Poor soundproof is very common in almost all hotels in North America and Europe. |But thoughtful neighbors and the hotel did a good job keeping the noise level down and managed effectively and thoughtfully, which I I appreciated. ||This is a decent hotel with reasonable price point.

Stayed at the hotel for a few nights while helping my daughter move back from University. The hotel is what you would expect from a Courtyard, location is convenient near the freeway, the rooms where descent and the staff encountered were courteous.
The issue at hand, is the TRUST I had where I thought my items are secure in the room (silly me). The advise / feedback - Make sure you lock all of you important possessions away including Prescription Medication “as the hotel is not responsible for unsecured items” that go missing. Glad that an investigation was done providing me with information such as ”State Inn Keeper laws limit the liability for the hotel”…. So what can I say, it sure gives me that feeling that items in my room are “safe” except for it’s not since I didn’t appropriately secure them being in secure hotel room?

5 stars for Norma in the cafe! ||This is a reasonably-priced hotel with sufficiently clean rooms. The lobby cafe serves breakfast and Starbucks coffee - it gets very busy, especially around CU Boulder's move-in weekend. The whole operation is being held together by one person - Norma. On three mornings, we watched her handle huge crowds turning out fresh, hot meals faster than you would think possible. ||The location of this hotel is convenient, right off the freeway, not far from CU Boulder campus. Target & Whole Foods are nearby.

We stayed 9/19-9/21. Was a fine stay except we requested more pillows and there were none available.

Each queen bed comes with three pillows, but room sleeps 4 people. Most people sleep with two pillows, so found it odd they don’t provide two pillows per person.

Room was also warm and even with lowering thermostat, did not cool off.

Don’t plan to purchase snacks or drinks…a small bottle of Tropicana orange juice was $7. Big bucks for snacks and drinks.

I recently hosted out of town visitors who stayed here (in 2 rooms). One had to change their assigned room as soon as they stepped inside. Both complained that the place was old and sad in appearance, dirty and not up to Marriott standards. They always stay at Marriott brand hotels and this was a big disappointment. I have also noticed when staying at Courtyard hotels elsewhere that this has been the case, and hoped that my experience was an anomaly. Apparently not.
