I parked here and paid for my parking of 8 hours using the machine and displayed my ticket. I left in accordance to the time on my ticket.

I also received a scam letter trying to collect "debt" with a parking charge of $90. The letter came from Ft. Lauderdale to collect a Miami-Dade County parking fee? It just doesn't add up.

Update: I disputed the ticket with evidence and they sent me the following letter. Its very generic with “Dear sir/madam” which gives high indication its a scam & the company has an “F” rating on the Better Business Bureau’s website. Other complaints make it very apparent its a scheme to send parking ticket violations regardless if people paid or not.

DON’T PARK HERE! I paid what I was told to pay and displayed the corresponding ticket on the dashboard the entire time the car was parked in the lot. A month later, I received a $70 ticket from Professional Parking Management saying I never paid for parking. Either don’t park here, or save your ticket to dispute it because they’ll try and charge you $70-$115 afterwards.

Ojo con este parqueo!!! estuve estacionada por 2 horas. Pagué mi parqueo por adelantado en la maquina del lugar y 20 dias despues me llegó una factura por $90 a mi casa de la compañia Professional Parking Management. Exigen recibo como comprobante de pago para eliminar la deuda y no aceptan la foto de la deduccion en mi banco. /
Be aware of this parking lot!!! I was here for 2 hours which I paid in advance at the ticket machine. And 20 days after, I received a bill for $90 from Professional Parking Management company. They ask for proof of payment but don’t accept a picture of the bank deduction.

I would like to say that this parking is an authorized stole because I paid for the minimum time(2 hours) a very expensive price and I didn’t received the ticket…..I saw all the cars and no one had ticket….
Today a received a letter with a debt of that parking….($90)
OMG!!!!
I just was parking 31minutes…..
The worst thing was paying with cash….so I don’t have any prove to demand…..

This place is a TOTAL scam, you have to pay 2 hours for $15, BUT if you're ONE minute late, you have to pay for another 2 hours, they have no courtesy at all.
THIS PLACE IS THIEVERY!!!
I have to get one star to posted but I giving them NO STARS AT ALL!!!

Agree with Ruben. Avoid this lot at all cost. Any overstay results in a $90 dollar fine.
